Juul got me off of cigarettes. Plain and simple. With the nonsense in the news causing Juul to pull all of their flavors from the shelves, it made pods an expensive commodity. I needed an alternative and the folks at this shop made it easy. Amazing communication online before I even came in to the shop and when I did physically come in, I was met with answers to questions I had (not the usual pretension I get at most traditional vape shops). Helped me pick out a juice I'd enjoy to go with my Koi Caliburn pod system. The juice is top notch and the vape itself was a legitimate product from Uwell. Two Super Bowls ago I found Vape Nova on Facebook and darted over there so not to miss one second of Tom Brady bending over. I was impressed with them then, and now I simply love them. Heather and Patrick (the owners) treat every customer like a friend they are welcoming into their home and at their place I've never been embarrassed by my vape naiveté. Vape shops, like tattoo shops can be intimidating to new comers because they are a niche market. I'm here to promise those that are looking to make the healthy switch from cigarettes that Vape Nova is the place that will patiently educate you and set you up without trying to take advantage and bleed you dry. Their customer service is incomparable: Heather knows what my favorite juice is and ensures it is always stocked. She'll even text me when a product arrives that she knows I'll be interested in. Patrick is knowledgeable about and stands behind every product in his store. If you buy it and it inexplicably fails the next day, he'll replace it and then investigate said inexplicable failure to make sure it doesn't happen to another one of his customers. In addition to giving great Netflix suggestions, Aaron has this uncanny ability to immediately identify what I've done to F up my tank/battery/mod and then advises me how to fix it. I've unfortunately called on every Vape Nova team member to do this dozens (literally dozens, like way more than 12) times and each time they coolly act like it's the first conundrum I've presented them with. I've never stepped into the store because my vape was a gift..anyway, I have a triton t2 and I was experiencing some troubles with the way it was pulling so I called into the store and Heather answered the phone. So normally when I call a business they rush me off the phone or just sound so pissed off that I end up giving up before getting answers to my questions. With Heather everything was textbook. She started at the root of the problem and asked every question possible. She was like a real life Frequently Asked Questions machine. Before I went, I called the shop at around 10:30a to verify that my long journey wasn't in vein and they actually had the juice I was after and no one picked up the telephone. I couldn't tell if I had even reached the correct number or not since the answering machine was a generic cell phone message. "At the tone, please leave a message for (phone number)". I then checked the website listed in the business description and found that the domain is basically a googlemap location with the words: "COMING SOON" listed on the top. What exactly, is coming soon, the business or the website? Onward, more research needed.. Checked them out on Facebook. No information other than what I've already covered. No outside posts to page, business doesn't seem to do any posting on their own page and liking their page didn't return any further comments or anything. Ooooook.... So what gives, does this place even exist? I decided against my better judgement to go and check the place out, see if they had a particular juice that I wanted. When I arrived I knew that parking lot was going to be an issue.. Little parking in front and the lot is a giant moon crater. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle, take it SLOW! It's sort of a sketchy area with sketchy people walking around and scoping out stuff. I wasn't sure what the guy with dreads was contemplating stealing my wheels or not, but I was able to park right up front so I could keep an eye on things. So, in the end, they had exactly what I was looking for and even more than I expected. The guy I spoke with when I arrived was knowledgeable and very helpful to everyone there. During my visit, I touched on why the phone didn't work and the website didn't work and the FacePlace didn't work. I was told that they update the Facebook Page regularly, and now that I check it, that seems to be true. It's possible I suppose, that the Matrix had for a brief moment, broken. The answering machine issue? Well, what I was told is that they like to concentrate on customers when they're inside and therefore disregard telephone inquiries whilst this is happening. I get that, in person customers are important too. HOWEVER, you gotta start picking up the phone. It lets customers know that A: you're in business and B: you are able to help them when they arrive. Otherwise, we're all in the dark. Prices were great, seem to be inline with midrange online shops. Which, for a B+M, is fantastic. It's just a smidge inconvenient for me, but when I'm in the area though, I'll definitely try and pop in! read more

I love these guys, I've actually sent my whole staff over to them (smoking during your work day takes too much time off your actual workday) I'm pretty seasoned in the vaping ways so I didnt have too many questions but I'm sure my staff had a decent amount of questions for them. Everyone came back with their own set up and never really leave their desks. I love it, productivity is up and no body smells like ish in the office. The staff at Vape Nova is always very friendly and do right by you. They replaced a couple of pieces that I either didn't like or just didn't work for some reason. The juice selection is plentiful, and they usually have my 120ml bottles of Charlie Noble. They also have a good amount of mods to choose from if you looking for something small & inexpensive to bulky and produces a crazy cloud. You probably want to ask them the best set up for what you're really looking to start vaping for though. I was thinking of giving one less star due to parking but if you dont mind a 50ft stroll, there's plenty of parking in the back...plus these guys are awesome enough to overlook something that doesn't really matter. read more

After passing by this location multiple times I was recommended by a friend of mine to stop by and take a look inside. I have to say, even though they are going through some renovations, this place is clean and the staff is very welcoming. Within seconds I was greeted by Jeff G. One of the representatives at this locations. He asked how he could assist me and went straight to problem solving. I haven't had much experience with Vaping, he did not try to up sell me nor recommend anything that I did not need. Even a few of the clients that we're building their customized Vapes had a lot of great ideas if I were to take it in to a hobby. Over all a wonderful experience. This shop has every popular brand and flavor you could possibly want. Everything that's latest and greatest that I review on youtube and blogs, they seem to have. Love the self-serve bar concept where you can drip-test at your leisure and really get a good sense of what you're buying without feeling like you're bugging anyone, feeling rushed, or neglected if it's too busy. Genius concept! Most of my favorite flavor profiles are served here, so it's like a candy shop for this big kid. The service levels are exceptional. Love this place, they're really helpful and will accommodate everybody. Prices are really competitive even with the online sellers. Jeff is a pretty cool guy and really patient with customers, same goes with Patrick (sole proprietor) he helped me with a new RDA and even built a coil for me. Heather sold my wife a tank but she said you could put the serial killer in and when my wife at home and put it in there and it didn't work I took it back to the store and she could not tell me why the tank wasn't working when she sold it because she you could put serial killer in the tank. a customer told me why tank was working and then when I wanted to exchange it. Told me no. Love this shop! It's my local shop and I feel very fortunate about it. The guys that work there are all pretty cool solid guys that'll help you if you got any questions or just hanging out for a bit. They got all the very popular E-Liquids ranging from Cuttwood, Cosmic Fog, Ruthless, Charlie Noble, etc. great shop, they got everything you need whether you're just starting to vape or if you've been vaping for a while and looking for something extra to to beast up your vape. Patrick and Heather are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They personally showed me how to set up my first RBA and made some really good juice recommendations. I only stop in there about once a month, and despite their huge client-base, they still remember what juices I like and even ask about my friends and family--very personable. These guys have a great and ever growing selection, phenomenal customer service, and relaxed atmosphere. From the beginning vape enthusiast to the advanced (or just someone who wants to quit smoking and smelling like a burnt turd like I did), they seem to be able to fit everyone's needs. After personally visiting multiple vape shops along the east coast through the mid-west this is the only place that I've seen that really goes in depth with helping people transfer from one stage of vaping to the next. If you're using a gas station bought e-cigarette and think that is the vaping experience you are very mistaken.
