I've been going here periodically for the past few years, and the guys behind the counter keep track of what repeat customers buy, and will recommend cigars that you'll like. The lounge is BYOB, and you'll often find a few people up there that will bring you right into the conversation and make you feel at home. It's a huge improvement over other shops that have an "insiders only" feel.

When I went upstairs, the place was empty (which is fine) but my issue was the cleanliness. The space was not well kept; all the chairs were worn, several areas had ash on the floor, and the bathroom was extremely untidy. I was there roughly 45 minutes and while someone came by to check on me... I think he was going to the bathroom (and figured he would kill two birds with one stone.) In closing, the sticks weren't expensive, and the upstairs is a decent size. If you're not particular, by all means stop in and give them a try. That said I can't recommend this location because I expect more service, a larger selection and a cleaner space.

Huge seating area, that you can bring food into. Lots of leather and old-style decorations. Great ventilation. Beautiful walk-in humidor. Rows of jars of pipe tobacco. And the employees have great advice; some of my favorite cigars I've found because I've listened to their advice (Crowned Head Las Mareas is so wonderful). They have events at least once a month where they have deals on some of their stuff. There's very little that I can't get there.

For starters, the store has much more than just cigars and it is extremely clean. Seems seems to be a family operation which I love, as well. I was thoroughly impressed with the humidor selection and the prices were on par with the website that I typically order from. In addition to all of the traditional brands I enjoy, they also have their own house blend of cigars and the owner was nice enough to make sure that I went home with my fill!! One day I noticed they were on my Clover app and offered $10 off my next purchase. I went in to grab more than usual since I was going back to Cali. He rung me up and when I went to punch in my number he immediately told me I could not use my coupon. I asked why not when it was given to me in the app for shopping with him on a regular and he proceeds to tell me how he would be losing money and blah blah blah. So I said ok, purchased a few and left. Well the next time I came in , there was no more talk and he was really dry and short with me like I was bothering him. I took it as him having an off day so I ignored it, but the second time he was the same thing. I'm confused why he has an attitude when I didn't. He's the one not honoring the coupons that he signed up for but I'm cool.
