I really like the fact that they close at midnight... it was my first time here, it's a small shop but they got what you need. I came in looking for a diy build kit. They had a full kit that included the ohm reader and a smaller one which only had the tools. I ended up grabbing the full kit. Most of the other vape shops don't carry the kit. well I guess it's because all these company are making coils to produce more flavor or cloud production or both. So it's easier to just buy a new coil then to build your own... I'm fairly new to the vape scene and just recently picked up the Hellvape Drop Dead rda. I wanted to try out doing builds. And to be honest I rather do builds... hehe... I also signed up to be a member and got the discount. They also got a vape room where you can try out the juices they have in there. Worst service ever. I guess the first guy to help us out didn't know too much so he asked another worker for help. Other worker then says "can you wait, were kinda busy right now" (1 other cutomer was there at that time). So other customers come in, and yes, they were helped before me. Finally we get helped, we say we don't know too much(reason we were there). We dont wanna watch youtube videos to learn, but the workers pretty much pushed us away. My experience here was great! I haven't vaped on one of my old mods in a while and I went in to grab some supplies for my current mod and than my old One. I haven't touched this old mod in a few months and I was lost on which coils it used . I asked the two workers at the time which ones I needed and showed them a picture of said old mod . They told me first to bring in the mod so they can look at the coil but me being the impatient person I am insisted they show me which coil they thought was for the mod . They were pretty positive it was the one they said so me trusting I just bought it . I ran home so excited to Vape out of that mod again as it was my favorite , opened the coil package (huge mistake) and tried to put it in the mod . At first I knew the coil was wrong but I thought maybe they modified it for the mod and that was that but as soon as I tried to put it on it was wrong ! So sad as I was I knew I couldn't use it , I called the shop and they told me there was no refund or exchange on opened packages. Me being understanding I said ok , but before I hung up they said if I came in they can sell me the right coils and to please bring in the mod. So I gladly accepted the discount. I went in and they helped me make sure the coil was right . I believe I was speaking to the manager on the phone and at the shop when I went in the second time . They were so nice and just really understanding and I'm so grateful they at least gave me a discount ! Thanks again ! And I'll definitely be back for more vaping needs ! read more

This was my first time buying a mod let alone vaping. So I walked in totally clueless. Not knowing a thing. I did some research; so I knew which mod box I was looking for. They had the color I wanted which was perfect. The guy who helped me answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought was stupid. Best part is he didn't make me feel stupid for asking. He spoke about the mod in complete detail; describing the different parts & their purpose. Really informative. After I purchased everything, he put everything together, added my juice for me, and had me try it to make sure I was satisfied. Another guy engaged in our conversation as well, giving his feedback on the mod. These 2 were very personable guys. The shop overall looks really chill, with 4 tv screens with a different sport on each screen. They also have loyalty cards which is really good. You can save money that way. Guys we're really friendly and helpful. Don't vape anymore but the guys seemed to have all the latest and greatest. I had heard they have a lamasau atm so I thought I'd buy a couple satoshi (bitcoin) to see how it worked. The atm is in the back of the shop, air conditioned and private. I never usually leave reviews, but these guys deserve five stars! Can't recommend them enough. They accidentally sold me a replacement glass tank that was the wrong size for my mod. Friendly staff but this location is constantly out of inventory and if you want to stop in and buy your usual product don't count on it being there. It's frustrating to drive all the way there just to find out they are out of stock ...and they cannot give you a date for restock. Try calling before heading down there and you'll be lucky if they even answer the phone. In my opinion it's a simple matter of following basic inventory procedures .... not sure why this is so difficult for them. read more

Love this awesome new addition to Oahu Vape Life. Excellent selection of PREMIUM Vapes, Mods and E-Juice, with fantastic and knowledgable Staff. Always pleasantly surprised at their prices too- not only do they have a great selection of Clearance fluid and Tanks, but they will also help you in any way. Very clean and professional. The only Cons I can really think of are the compulsive ID checking and the fact that you can't Vape inside of the Vape shop and there are so many brands you really can't taste them and have to have faith in their Flavor Menu. Oh, and they don't carry replacement coils for my standard Kangertech eVic VT, but carry all the other Kangertech products. Overall, a great find amongst the sea of Crappy Shops (ahem, Smokeys) I take that back- they carry my coils! This shop is my go to for everything Vape now. The BEST customer service EVER!!! My the stem that heats up my juice broke off one night, at 10p. I looked online for stores that were open at that time of night and found this place. It's a small little store and I luckily found a parking stall directly in front of the door. I walked in, there was a girl behind the counter and just cried, "I need help." Then a guy came from the back, looked at my mod and gave me the bad news. There was no fix (besides super glue) and recommended I buy a new mod. However, because of my situation, he gave me 20% off any mod I chose. I told him (as humbly and as gratefully as I could) that he didnt need to do that because it wasnt his fault. My intention was to go back to the store that touched my mod last (just the day before) and complain. He said I should still go back and complain, but he's giving me the discount because the vape community should support each other and he believes that vaping is better than smoking cigarettes, so he'd rather give the discount and encourage more vaping. He was so knowledgeable about all his products. He answered every question I had and never actually pressured me to buy anything. I was able to look and touch all the different mods until I was happy with the one I selected. He cleaned all the existing pieces I had and got me set up for use. The kit I bought even came with charged batteries. Honestly, I'm not sure if that's the normal thing because the previous mods I owned were purchased online and did not come with batteries. I was able to continue vaping by the time I left. I am sooooo pleased with my new mod and blown away by incredible service this little store provided!
