As a newbie to this realm of learning another method of pain relief, walking into this store was one of the best decisions I've made. These guys deserve all 5 stars plus some! Being totally uneducated in the use of these devices and the different elements in properly making (in my case the PAX 3) them work to the best of my benefit, they took the time to show me how to use every item that came with the system. I had a horrible experience at "Vape Queens." The moment I walked in, the staff started snickering at my appearance. There were five employees and no customers. The only cars in their parking lot belonged to the employees. An employee gets less than a foot from my face and awkwardly asks me what I need. I pull out the particular kind of vape I was looking for from my pocket. The clerk takes me over to the area and stands less than a foot away from me while I look at the selection. I know it's a bad neighborhood, but that does not make ME a thief. So I pick one of the vapes and take it to the counter. I ask if they take debit card and the clerk says yes. I hand him my card and he analyzes it, like it wasn't REAL. Then he says he needs an ID that has the same name as my card. He made sure that he wasn't carding me or complementing me for looking young at 43. The pretentious hipster, douche made sure to clarify that he was only asking for the ID because he thought I had a stolen debit card. I told him I don't have my ID, so he bluntly says, "Don't you have any cash?" He said it in a very condescending manner. I told him my debit card should be fine. Then he snatches the vape out of my hand and says he's not gonna sell it to me. The way the store looked, they probably hadn't had a customer in hours. They have a huge building and multiple employees but no business. I predict they will shut the doors to "Vape Queens" soon. There's no reason for a brick and mortar vape store. People will soon be able to order them online just like every thing else. The last thing you want to do is let potential business slip away, especially if it's the nicotine business because, because, unless you're a total jerk, you're most likely to get repeat business, but not this time, buddy. The first few visits I had to the shop were unpleasant, and I thought I would never go back. Because the location is convenient for me I still would go to the shop every now and then. Also due to their quality selection and good pricing, I started going to Vape King's more often. One day I mentioned to the manager that I had bought a faulty disposable Vape that broke within 24 hours. He told me to bring the old one back and swapped it out for a brand new one no questions asked, I've actually grown to really like this place due to a good selection, friendly staff, nice layout that's really organized and really good pricing. During the pandemic, they really took cleanliness seriously. When you walk in, you have to wait in a line, then they take your temperature and they personal pull any items that you're interested for you. The kid that helped me couldn't get the mod I purchased to activate... he switched batts at least twice. He didn't know much about the mod I purchased- it seems there is a safety on the new Fuchai that will not allow it to activate without the batt door being closed properly. He blamed the batts... so he sold me used batts labeled VK and informed me they were new. Not- the negative ends were dented and the 18650s were old. My mod wasn't functioning properly and once again Vape Kings saved me. A few years ago a mod a purchased online broke and it was 10 at night. This was the only place that I found that was open. It was my first time going to Vape Kings and they gave me the bad news that unfortunately my mod was unfixable and needed to purchase a new one. The customer service that night was top notch. The guy was clearly knowledgeable and patient, letting me touch different mods and ask a billion questions so I could make a thoughtful decision as to what I wanted to buy. Tonight was no different. At first I was just going to leave my broken mod there to be fixed. The tech who could fix it doesn't come back to the store until Monday. Vape Kings was going to let me use a "loaner" mod until mine got fixed. It turns out that I chose to upgrade to a new model. It was the same friendly, knowledgeable, patient service. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy a new one. The guy did not even suggest that I buy a new one and was actually pretty confident that it could be fixed. With prices so reasonable, I bought a new one anyway and still left the broken one there to get repaired. The selection of juices are outstanding. The store itself is so clean and organized. I also appreciate the measures they have in place due to covid--not all stores do that--and its absolutely unobtrusive. I love this place. I recommend that everyone come check them out. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, they dumb it down for you so you can understand everything about your device and the coils, maintenance etc. I've been coming here now for a few years and I hate having to go anywhere else these days. They won't try to oversell you anything, which is great because ecigs can get a bit pricey with all the extras that go along with it. They also have a great selection of eliquid, and they are always getting new flavors in. Unfortunately sometimes they rotate out flavors I do like but it's usually replaced by something similar but better I've called or come in to the store for countless issues or concerns and no matter how stupid, they would take the time to make sure I knew and had everything I need to keep it running smoothly.
