My spouse and I have been customers for 5 years, the staff had always been helpful. Even stopped by the Short Pump store once. Went to the Colonial Heights store and although they had great service in the past some girl with nothing but attitude waited on me and was nasty, mean and disrespectful. I've been treated better getting a speeding ticket than how this young, personality disordered girl treated me just last week. Enough, my regular business goes elsewhere now. Went in a couple time to try and replace one of my smok tanks. The first time I went in I was told that the meshpro was the best out at the moment. I told them it needs to be durable due to my active schedule. After about two weeks the top was so loose that it would spill juice while in my backpack. Whatever, it happens. So I go back and I was recommended the Falcon since the top screws on. I bought it, primed the coil, and went to bed. In the morning I carried it to the car, held it in my hand the whole 10 minutes to work, and set it in the cup holder. I come out on lunch, less than 24 hours after my purchase, and I have a chunk missing out of the mouthpiece. The piece is rattling around in the coils. I take the tank back in and both the lady and guy sitting in the office shrug and say "Oh well. We don't replace physical damage. But you can buy a new mouthpiece." While I understand not replacing physical damage, a nonchalant shrug and "buy more of my inventory" response was not appreciated. If pieces are falling off these tanks it's a safety issue. I could easily have inhaled a piece of plastic. Their response showed a real lack of concern for the quality of their products, as well as a lack of concern for their customers. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you are in the area. I attached a photo of the tank to show the size of the piece that broke off. read more

Prices way too high. The twist vape juice comes two in a box and you can usually pay 2 for $25 anywhere else you go. They tried to sell me one bottle for $19.99 they are ripping people off. DONT COME HERE. Most of there customers are military even with the discount it is not worth it. ALL AROUND DISAPPOINTING. Spent over $300 in this store over time. They will never Receive my business again. Also wouldn't sell me individual coils told me I had to buy the whole pack and I have bought individuals from this store before. read more

Technically new to vaping. Quit smoking since June 2015 and was using the V2 pens until today. I was annoyed constantly buying their cartridges and felt I needed something stronger - heard great reviews about this franchise (Avail). They were awesome and very nice and helpful. Leaving I felt I had an idea what to purchase.... So I go to my nearest Vape Store. Cool people and very friendly, but definitely made a quick (EXPENSIVE) buck off me. Suggested to me (after explaining I'm new, but tired of disposables and cartridge pens) to buy the Kanger KBOX 70 MOD with an Amigo Riptide Top Fill Tank. Now I love the Kanger MOD but the Tank's mouth piece is too wide and pulls way too hard while leaking sometimes (adjusted the air valve too). Not only that I went online for instructional "How To Info" recommendations, and came to realize I paid $180 for this where online I could of paid $80 max!! I am so pissed at myself for not researching better and came to realize why there is a Vape Shop every 5 miles in Central Virginia! Stores like this are not worried about you falling off the wagon and going back to smoking cancer sticks. Believe me, I was so annoyed with the lack of knowledge plus the 45% markup compared to online, I was ready to buy a pack of cigarettes. Am I to be intense like I'm at a car dealership for Vape Stops? I thought consumers licensed with the SEC have more strict retail pricing unlike EBay or Craiglist?! Newby or interested in vaping... Don't buy at a shop unless you research. Go to the shops to touch, feel and taste - don't get hustled like me. This shop will fold in no time... Consumer 101... Return Customers makes a business. There's nothing there you can't find elsewhere unless you want a high five. read more
