I mention that I don't smoke to clarify that I know NOTHING about the products that they sell. Luckily, the young lady who works here has always been so insanely helpful helping me figure out what Hubs would like. This place is always very clean, almost TOO well lit, well stocked, and always smells nice too, she usually has some vanilla oil defusing or incense burning. I assume that everything is reasonably priced, it seems to be about what Hubs pays anywhere else he goes. If I have to stop and pick up a vape for hubs, I am glad that there is such a clean and friendly place here to do it.

I just needed to update my review to mention a few additional things about this great shop. The…read morecustomer service is still top notch, and they REALLY make you feel like you're family when you come in to this shop. There has been times after hours when the shop had just closed and I had an issue with a device, and Rudy had stayed late just to allow me time to get to the shop so he could correct the issue I was having. Management really cares about the customers and is constantly doing tastings of juice (for free) to allow the customer base to select the new juice lines that come in. Almost every day they run flash sales that they announce on their Facebook (so be sure to follow them there) on juices, RDAs, and even mods. The give aways are fantastic too, and the amount of free stuff given away just for being a customer over this past Black Friday was excellent. I should mention that they have moved to a new location (in the strip directly behind their old location) next to the Harley Davidson dealership. It's MUCH more spacious and very inviting if you want to hang out and lounge around. Of all the shops in the Chesterfield area I've been to, I've found La'Vape to be the absolute best in terms of customer service, location, pricing, selection, and atmosphere. Give 'em a shot.

This shop actually has a bank of humidors full of everything from your two-dollar 2nds to Cohiba and Macanudo. I picked up a couple of Diesel cigars that I can't find anywhere else around, so that's a big bonus in their favor. The folks that work there seem to be more of the cigarette/vape kind of people, but the lady who was there when I walked in knew enough about cigars to sell them to folks like me. I'm still looking for a good cigar lounge around there, but at least I now have a place I can send folks to get a good cigar if they want one.

I purchased a washer on 7-28-25 at the Colonial Heights store. I was told by the salesman that the…read morewasher could be delivered to my house the following Monday 8-4-25 for an additional $169.00 or I can be picked up on Friday 8-1-25 from the store. I chose to pick it up on the 1st because I needed a washer Immediately. The salesman said they would call me when it came in. Friday came and I never heard anything so I called the store at 2pm and spoke to the salesman again and he said the washer would not be here until Monday the 4th. I expressed my dissatisfaction with my service because I had scheduled help to get the washer into the house on Friday and I had no way of getting the washer in the house on Monday. Again, I was told I could pick the washer up on Friday. The salesman said there must be a misunderstanding. I asked to have a discount on the washer because of the inconvenience and the salesman said he gave me the sale price. The salesman then told me he could give me my money back as a resolution to the problem. I then asked to speak to a manager and the salesman said he would be here on Saturday. I called on Saturday and spoke with a manager and explained the situation again. I asked the manager if they could waive the delivery fee since I had no one to help get the washer in the house and he said he would do it for $129.00. I then said if you could bring the price down to $100.00 I would except that. The manager said he could not do that. I told the manager that I have bought appliances from them before and bought numerous appliance parts but obviously my words fell on deaf ears. I then told him to cancel the order and I would call him back on Monday to give him my credit card information to credit my account. I called on Monday and spoke with the salesman again and gave him my information to return my money. He said he would take care of it. I checked my bank account on Thursday and the money still had not been returned. I called the store again and the salesman said my account was credited on Monday and it may take 2 to 3 days for the money to clear. He said if you don't see the money in your account by Friday to give us a call. I finally got a receipt for the transaction on my phone Friday afternoon. I then called my bank to verify the transaction and they told me that the transaction was actually done on Friday and not on Monday like the salesman said. I know the customer is not always right every time but when you are told that your money has been returned and it hasn't, you can pick your washer up on Friday and you can't. Then you are told you must have misunderstood what was said. If they are willing to lie about when your money has been returned to your account would they also lie about when the washer was supposed to come in? Integrity is everything!!!! I have done business with The Appliance Place for years and I have bought a Refrigerator, Dishwasher and numerous appliance parts from them with no problems. My family has also done business with The Appliance Place before but after this experience neither my family or I will give The Appliance Place our business or recommendations any more.
