I don't like to write negative reviews, but I am going to relate my experience at this business…read more I bought a vape device there in January. It broke within three days. I took it back, and the owner replaced it. Within a week, the second unit stopped working. At the time, I was without a car, 22 miles away. I spoke with the owner and she acted like it wasn't her problem. A few months have passed and I popped into the store to see if they could make it work. A gentleman looked at it for a few minutes. He put a new coil in it in case the coil I had tried was defective. It wouldn't work and he informed me that it was the tank. He wanted $35 for a replacement tank. This thing had less than ten hours of vaping on it. Then he said he wouldn't charge me for the coil he used to test it. That was nice of him. They have great juice there and the store is very nice. I wouldn't buy any equipment from them though because it might be fake or seconds or something. I can't think of any other reason why they wouldn't have offered to reach out to the manufacturer on behalf of their customer.

Passing through town, I always look for local gems where I can get my hands on a hard to get…read moresticks. Sure enough this is the place. Their variety of hard to get brands had me doubting authenticity, but I assume they must have some pull. I have NEVER seen a selection of OPUS X like they have here, as well as other limited run cigars. I bought more than I should have, but seemed like this was the opportunity to load up for the holidays. Sales tax is pretty low in KY, so soften the blow on what are generally overpriced cigars across the board. Most sticks were selling for 10%-15% OVER MSRP. If you buy 10 or more, then you get a 10% discount. So end the day I overpaid for one box by 10%, but ended up breaking even if I bought back home with the higher tax. Benefit is I got a full box of Foundation Cigars, while most of my local and online trusted retailers were out. I would have also pulled the trigger on the Cohiba Wellers, but they were too pricey here. Overall worth a visit if you have some extra $ to drop on hard to find cigars.

I told them no I was supposed to have gotten store credit for it .They then said it would be a refund. I was ok with that but the employee did not give the proper refund. I had gotten a prior military discount on the item when I purchased it. Even counting that in to the price I didn't get my full refund because the employee claimed that they could not give sales tax back. Witch by the way is illegal by IRS government standards. So it makes me wonder how many other people have been ripped off by their employees? I will never return my business to them because of this experience. Quote; I was a loyal customer of there's for several years.
