Well, we made the transaction and went home! First thing I did was pull out the scale and took the buds out and weighed them. Only 5.2 grams not 7. So, I call them up and Cassie says she has to call her manager! Well, she called him up and called me back proceeds to tell me that the manager said there isn't anything they can do. Why are they advertising 7 grams when they are not selling 7 grams. weigh it before you leave is my advice to anyone going in this store!

Which was not what I purchased. I called to inform the manager Danika that this happened she informed me she would talk to her manager and let me know if they can replace it.? Well she calls back and says her manager stated she would not be able to replace the pen for me. I then proceeded to inform her that since they are false advertising this is definitely grounds to report to the better business bureau, and also file a police report for selling of fake/misrepresented goods. The prices are fair, and the selection is absolutely fantastic...but what will keep me coming back is their amazing customer service (and their amazing vape juice flavors).
