So I purchase a Ricky's Monster 5000 vape pen from them and when we got home there was a sticker…read moreover the original sticker covering the actual flavor of the pen. Which was not what I purchased. I called to inform the manager Danika that this happened she informed me she would talk to her manager and let me know if they can replace it.? Well she calls back and says her manager stated she would not be able to replace the pen for me. I then proceeded to inform her that since they are false advertising this is definitely grounds to report to the better business bureau, and also file a police report for selling of fake/misrepresented goods. She asked me to go in and bring the pens today I will update on what transpires.

I am a 43 year old that provided ID to purchase a product and I was DENIED on Father's Day of all days because my son pointed at a lighter while in the store. He doen't have to be 21 to be with me and or point at anything in a store. So for me to have to then drive an additional 15 mins to another vape store to make a purchase, is rediculous. I DON'T see how this new store will stay alive when they won't sell to a good paying, long standing customer. I DO NOT recommend going to this location.
