The reason I say, is because I overheard how powerful these reviews can be, and it's a make it, or break it moment for the guy helping you out, when, at the beginning of this, I mentioned, "This page was extremely difficult find!" Anyway, Microsoft had a similar approach to surveys in the past, but did away with the Heavy weight they carried.
