I'm going to preface this review by saying all the physical therapists here seem pretty friendly…read moreand knowledgeable and this is in no way an attack on them. I thought I did all the research I needed before coming in here but it does not even matter because the front desk people will straight up lie to you about how much the appointment will cost you out of pocket. I was told I only needed to pay $60 out of pocket up until I meet my deductible which would be roughly about 10 more visits and then my payments would be around $20-$30. I specifically asked and told them I did not want to get surprised with a fat bill. Well guess what just happened 4 months later... I received a $220 bill for my ONE ~30 min appointment of nothing but doing some very basic stretches. The biggest cost came from a pdf file sent to me with more stretches. Mind you, all google-able / youtube-able information. I was billed for sessions longer than my entire appointment time. 75 minutes worth although I was not even there that long? I asked for a breakdown of the costs and did not receive that from them but I did receive it from my insurance company. Like someone else said, the billing practices are absolutely criminal and I'm worried the elderly are getting taken advantage of. Don't trust the front desk people, call your insurance before booking an appointment.

I learned priceless amounts of information about the body, nutrition, trauma and the connections between them all. Later I was in a car accident and suffered triple whiplash and soft tissue damage in my back. He helped me through that too, as well as referred me to a great physical therapist and massage therapist. Dr. Keith said if you do what I say you will heal. He was absolutely right! I was a patient until I moved to FL a few years later. (And well missed while I was gone I must say!) Now I am back in the PNW. This time around I have a three year old child and her father in tow. Last week I brought my daughter to him as she has began to suffer with allergies and ongoing respiratory issues this year. I started some treatments (allopathic and non-allopathic) in FL, but I knew when I got back home he'd be there. True to form Dr. Keith tells you exactly what is going on and what you need to do. In our case it starts with nutrition, which I have always known is at the heart of it for my little girl. He's honest about it being a commitment and at the same time is encouraging. The thing I know about his diagnosis is that it's always right on. From my past experience, if you follow what he suggests you do, you WILL feel better and be glad you listened.

My appointment with Dr. Keith Halperin was in his new office in Bellevue…read more From my first meeting with Dr. Halperin I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Keith has been helping me with my nutritional needs as well as my occasional skeletal adjustments. My son had complained of discomfort in his lower back, kidney area for some time. I knew Dr. Halperin could help. After an hour, Dr Keith's comprehensive workup including muscle testing ruled out skeletal, zeroed in on kidney issues. We left his office well informed, with supplements, (a natural approach to healing) to target my son's cause of discomfort. I trust the treatment and nutritional recommendations from Dr. Keith. He is a wealth of knowledge. If you are experiencing muscle, skeletal or nutritional needs, he is the best.

I mainly worked with Lia, but also had an opportunity to work with Kim and Lexi as well. Lia was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She took the time to answer any questions I may have had and constantly updated the treatment based on my progress. I worked with Kim twice and she was also very nice and helped further my treatment along. Lexi worked with me on multiple occasions to help with my stretching and overall exercise. She was also very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I had a great experience at RET Physical Therapy and if I ever need another physical therapist (hopefully not), I wouldn't hesitate to return!

I love MI Physical Therapy. My first experience with them was about a year ago. I had a groin…read moreinjury resolved that had plagued me for about a year. A prior physical therapy series at another office hadn't helped. So, I tried MIPT. While there, I mentioned two chronic but minor issues: pain from a prior shoulder injury (in my 20s) and aching in the same side's elbow. During the appts. for the groin, they addressed the others with a few simple recommendations and I am pain free. I think I had 10 appts. total. 2nd experience: My husband subsequently visited them for severe back and neck pain. He is pain free after about 10 or 12 visits. 3rd experience: I went to see them yesterday for some minor tingling in my arms. I am writing this review now because I am once again thrilled. Relieved and confident that I am on course to resolve this annoying tingling. And, I think the one visit is going to be all it takes. I left with a few changes to make at home and some stretches and exercises.

I came in to see Pat because I had lingering pain across the entire left side of my torso. Pat has systematically worked his way through several problem areas, but my issue is somewhat like whack-a-mole, every time we make progress on one area a new issue presents itself. That being said, I've gone from being in constant pain to as close to normal as I've felt since November 2019. We've worked through a rib issue, an intercostal chest issue, a neck issue, and recently Pat found that my left lat was also very tight. While I was making good progress, after Pat worked on my lat I felt nearly 100%. Not only is Pat a great PT, I love how personable he is. He's always texting me about my progress and making sure things are going well. Pat is very good at keeping the conversation going and making me feel comfortable. I will continue to see Pat and improve my mobility and general well being.

I feel like I've been to an absolute con artist. I I chose Midtown Chiropractic based on reviews…read moreand convenient location, but I'm now willing to travel longer to go to a more legitimate place. I have been to chiropractors in the past, and I know some are just moneymaking operations, but this was really extreme. Dr. Larry spent the first appointment taking a ridiculous number of x-rays. He said he usually doesn't do adjustments during the first appointment, but I was in pain, so he agreed. The adjustments were ok, maybe a 5/10 as far as chiropractors I've visited before. He scheduled my follow-up appointment immediately and said I could pay at the next appointment. I assumed they would charge me my $50 copay, but I'm not confident based on more recent reviews. On my second appointment, we went over the x-rays, and Dr. Larry presented me with a "treatment plan". He said I'd need to go to him three times a week for at least three months, and then "we'll see" if we could reduce the frequency. He tried to insist I pre-pay THOUSANDS of dollars for 24 appointments (I think he called it the "Silver Plan", but I resisted on that. As I went to the front desk to pay, he told me he was training the new front desk person, and that it would be easier for me to pay at the next appointment. I decided not to return, but it's a month later, and I still don't have details on how much I'm being charged. Beware of this place. Note that all the 5-star reviews are several years old. I will update if there are any surprise charges.
