As I am a certified Project Manager in healthcare, communication and documentation is key to a successful project. Unlike others, Daniel did not budge from the request to communicate via email only so there are no misunderstandings on both sides. Now Daniel informed me he is the owner, looks 15 (that's a compliment, BTW) but very calm, well spoken, communicates clearly and willing to go the extra mile. Very much appreciated his professionalism. Now the work. I had gravel and pavers installed on both sides of my home. The price was fair, the crew were on time, Daniel was present the entire time overseeing to completion. A job that I thought would take an entire day was done to perfection within hours. He recommended the product and I cannot say how pleased I am. Before going elsewhere, try Reyes out for an estimate and I am certain you will be satisfied with the results.

I live on a corner and the side yard is a huge space that was nothing but an unsightly mass of dirt and weeds before. Now, I have an area that looks like my own botanical garden, and my neighbors can't stop raving about how wonderful it is. The butterflies and bumblebees also love it, and one plant or another has continued to flower well into January. What started off as small plants in June had blossomed into massive, flowering bushes by September. I can't say enough about the great job he did or how happy I am with the results. Thanks again, Sean, for a job exceedingly well done!

One artificial turf area didn't not have ground smoothed so there are small mounds that really show in times of late afternoon sun. They responded to my request for a quote quickly. We wanted a complete landscaping project,…read moreincluding a sprinkler system and a deck. Unfortunately, they only do the landscape portion, so we hired another company for the deck. They don't do sprinkler systems, either. In the end, we went with another company that could do the landscaping and the in-ground sprinklers together in the same project. If it was landscaping only, I would have been happy to try them. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.

After walking around the yard to look over the project and later, sending my drawing of what I was looking for in greater detail he came back with an estimate. Glad to say I was sitting down when I saw it. After talking with the wife we decided to scale back the project to just the patio, but have I.L.D. supply us with enough Flagstone for us to do the pathways on our own as time and energy permit. We did custom remodeling work for 14 years since my forced retirement in 2003, but decided to completely retire in 2018, so the budget was a major concern. David's revised estimate was still more than we expected, but knowing the amount of labor involved, we agreed on the price. David's crew was able to start on our place the following Tuesday and completed the job by the next Monday after that. I was happy with the professionalism his crew displayed and the attention to details that made a difference in the end product. I was impressed with the stone-work, and the respect shown to our property by all the workers. The crew supervisor did suggest a change to the job after digging out for the stonework, that increased the total area. It made a lot of sense so David and I quickly came to an agreement on the adjustment that was reasonable. I highly recommend David and I.L.D. for this kind of work.

I explain everything to him he says yea it is bad, actually while he is here he puts his hand on the edge of the patio and two more bricks FALL OFF. I try to get ahold of luke via text and phone. When he calls me back the guy that came out left and luke is vary dismissive, were gonig to fix it dont worry. Then he calls me back 20 mins later and starts to LECTURE me about not telling his crew what needs to be done he tells them, the spots he saw werent bad and they are going to do it but only contact him never talk to his crew, i explained i tried getting ahold of him while the guy was here but couldnt. Everyone on the phone keeps telling me dont worry weve been in business for forever, were not going anywhere, we have a 25 year warranty.
