I took them to store #0488 in Kernersville, N.C. and Elizabeth was truly awesome with helping me. So she sent the shoes back, and when the second order came in they had the same defect as my original order. Elizabeth handled that for me as well without any issues at all. I went to the store on 09-13-2019, picked up my third order, and worked with Karen, who was amazing and made my shopping experience a pleasant one. They have a ton of different styles of Birkenstocks and I ended up with this brown pair with gold buckles. The customer service was really good. They were happy to help us pick our size & let us try on a ton of shoes. They also have a decent selection of danskio, Tom's, Vionic, brooks, and other brands. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it seemed like most of the shoes we picked up, they didn't have our size in stock which was disappointing. I also wish they had more Tom's shoes, specifically the wedges because they mostly had flats. Either way, it's a great store to have in the area! They're also open until 8 which is a plus.

Everything in the store was clean and appeared brand new and well stocked. There is an expensive selection of different crocs styles for men, women and kids, including croc sneakers and croc work footwear. The inside of the store had really good lighting. There were several employees checking on customers asking for help, they were polite, and professional. Checking out was a smooth and easy process. Seems like a great addition to the friendly shopping center area.

The store offers cute clothing, accessories, and various other nick-knacks. The prices are quite reasonable, and they have a wide array of cute tops and dresses. The thing that sets BohoBlu apart from other botiques is their level of customer service and care. They treat you like a best friend that tries to help out with your shopping trip. They start dressing rooms for you, give their opinions freely, and find the sizes and selections you're looking for. I'm not a big shopper so they make it easy to be a customer. I'll leave most of the shopping to my mother, but I do enjoy my rare trips to BohoBlu.
