We got greeted as soon as we walked in, figured out what we were looking for, and immediately got to work. It didn't take him long to find a pair if pants that fit him properly and we were able to get them tailored to him on sight. It was exceptionally hot outside so they gave us water while they shopped for him. They seem to really care there and it was nice to be able to find something that fit him for once. These will probably be the nicest pair of pants he's ever had. They don't only sell pants tho, they sell 3 piece suits, polo shirts, sport shirts, sweatshirts, jackets- you name it, they got it. The Smokies are a minor league team with an affliation to the Chicago Cubs. We love the older logo of the Bear with the word Smokies above and not so much of the newer logo. I did find a beanie and my brother found a visor. The team behind the counter were very kind and helpful as we added a couple of smaller items to our purchases. The Knoxville Smokies' official store sells on-field caps and new novelties, merchandise, collectibles, trading cards and supplies. Go Smokies!

I was outside on a business call when she came out crying because of how she was treated. She always orders plain white rice with teriyaki chicken. Instead, she was given rice with vegetables. When she told the male employee it wasn't hers and pointed to the correct tray, he argued with her and insisted the wrong order was hers. When she tried to correct it, he slammed the lid down so hard that sauce splattered onto her. He refused to speak to her or make eye contact. I went inside to calmly address it. The woman at the counter told me they "don't have" regular rice. When I handed the food back and asked for just the chicken, she threw the food into the trash in an aggravated way. I ended up receiving only half of what I paid for, and I didn't even ask for a discount just to avoid more conflict. I don't know their names, but the male employee is easily identifiable -- he's the same person shown in Google photos working at this location.

The store displays were messy, racks and clothes laying in the floor, and the rare employee I came across was not helpful or friendly. My wife did buy a couple of items. The gal said she would call the store in Turkey Creek to see if they had it. I was purchasing the jacket, pants, shirt and tie. She took my name and said they would hold the jacket and pants in his size. I asked if I should buy everything there and exchange the jacket in Turkey Creek. She said no, it's best just to buy it there. Drove to Turkey Creek only to discover no one called, nothing was on hold AND they didn't have his size in the pants!!! I was then asked if I wanted to run back to the other location. Um, NO! Sounded like it was a common occurrence because I was told they never refer customers over there. I wanted to just say forget it but I had already invested a couple of hours and didn't want to start all over again somewhere else!!! I got a size up in the pants and told a belt will fix it. Wow! I will find somewhere else to spend $400+ dollars next time.
