Not JC Penny, not Belk, not even Kohl's! We were so frustrated! But we got here it was like nirvana! We got greeted as soon as we walked in, figured out what we were looking for, and immediately got to work. It didn't take him long to find a pair if pants that fit him properly and we were able to get them tailored to him on sight. It was exceptionally hot outside so they gave us water while they shopped for him. They seem to really care there and it was nice to be able to find something that fit him for once. These will probably be the nicest pair of pants he's ever had. They don't only sell pants tho, they sell 3 piece suits, polo shirts, sport shirts, sweatshirts, jackets- you name it, they got it. It's my personal favorite among the West Town department stores (beating out Belk). Why? The deals. For whatever reason, Dillards is very aggressive on its sales at different points in the year. If they mark it down, it may be 65% off their sale price. Thus, you may find a $100 item for like $15 sometimes. Sales aside, they carry some good brands too. From outdoor brands like North Face to fancier stuff like Hugo Boss, it's here. For men, suits are decent too if you need business or formal. Very good casual clothes too with different styles from laid back to preppy. Women's section is enormous and has styles that will appeal to all ages. I get lost trying to find my wife if she is wandering thought the massive offerings on the second floor. Kids section is decent and has some a number of options. However, overall, I'd say Belk is probably a little better for kids. Overall: Worth a stop if you need things that department store sell.

The Smokies are a minor league team with an affliation to the Chicago Cubs. We love the older logo of the Bear with the word Smokies above and not so much of the newer logo. I did find a beanie and my brother found a visor. The team behind the counter were very kind and helpful as we added a couple of smaller items to our purchases. The Knoxville Smokies' official store sells on-field caps and new novelties, merchandise, collectibles, trading cards and supplies. Go Smokies!

She took my name and said they would hold the jacket and pants in his size. I asked if I should buy everything there and exchange the jacket in Turkey Creek. She said no, it's best just to buy it there. Drove to Turkey Creek only to discover no one called, nothing was on hold AND they didn't have his size in the pants!!! I was then asked if I wanted to run back to the other location. Um, NO! Sounded like it was a common occurrence because I was told they never refer customers over there.
