Whereas many of the stores are full of souvenirs, Humanite sells fashionable clothing and accessories that are on trend but also classy. They also have lots of fun gift-y items. The store has pretty displays so aside from perusing the merchandise it was fun to see how they had everything styled. Upon entering from the quaint screen door it was a really nice visit and I can see how ladies of all ages would find something special here to take home with them. So this Christmas Eva my husband found a statement on his bank account for 28$ from this…read moreestablishment. i decided to give the boutique a call expecting the phone to just ring and ring untill I grew tired hung up . To my surprise the voice of a women came through the phone almost immediately. I explained to her the issue at hand and within a few minutes she had the charge brought up on her phone and was able to give me the name of the person who had used my husbands card. she took down his name and number and told me i would hear from her Monday morning !!! This exchange completely shocked me ! This was christmas Eva at 8:30 pm!!! and she choose to pick up the phone and actually help solve the problem. I highly recommend this boutique! Without even knowing the product!! customer service and compassion is more important than any product. Thank you so much to the wonderful women who took the time to Help us out !
