I took them to store #0488 in Kernersville, N.C. and Elizabeth was truly awesome with helping me. So she sent the shoes back, and when the second order came in they had the same defect as my original order. Elizabeth handled that for me as well without any issues at all. I went to the store on 09-13-2019, picked up my third order, and worked with Karen, who was amazing and made my shopping experience a pleasant one. That is not a company looking for my business, they even said to my mom,"well I could get another shoe for you to try but how do I know you will not walk out the door 20 steps and not like those also." What if a customer likes how they feel at the store and after wearing in the real world they get a sore, what sorry you are screwed no returns once you walk out the door. Bad return policies are a customer killer no matter how great the product. After going back and forth they did give refund, but the attitude and feeling as if we the customer were wrong is just b.s and I wouldn't ever want to be treated like that again, lost customer, and now spread the word.
