I've only ever been in the salon for longer than an hour to two hours, depending on what we were doing with my set they would be about $110 and then I would tip $20-$25 every time. Two times I had to cancel. My husband is type one diabetic newly diagnosed the second time he had to be seen at the ER for having stones in his lymph nodes as he came home and his neck was ginormous. She then told me that I was no longer allowed to make appointments. I came here four days ago and tried to schedule an appointment and she said I'm not allowed to schedule appointments anymore because I canceled twice and now she's trying to say that I walked in to the actual salon and canceled. Yes say that in your head again I've walked in and canceled my appointment. Why would I need to cancel an appointment if I'm standing in your salon. I've never dealt with this a day in my life not to mention I have on video of her telling me. Yes you did. Call ahead and let us know that you were not able to make both of your appointments. These were a month apart. So she basically told me to come today, which is my birthday and to see if there would be an appointment and right when I walked in she's smiling in my face with the biggest smile and said he has two people ahead of you I said so how long would it be? She said about two hours. I said OK would there be a specific time I would be able to come back to get a slot and she's smiling the whole time with like a ha ha in your face moment and says flat out no! So just be warned no matter how much you pay these people it does not matter you're not allowed to cancel an appointment more than once or you basically can't get in with them! And no, I could care less what the owner has to say. I've been nothing but good to them. I've never been disrespectful. I've never raised my voice canceling an appointment for emergencies and also calling ahead to cancel a appointment instead of just leaving it open and not letting them know is one thing but I've never done that. Seems to me like they have favorites.
