I cannot recommend them enough. Very professional and our Brooklyn waits by the window for Joe to pick her up and is so happy everytime he arrives. They take her our for ~2 hours and we can see how good of a time she has and how tired out she is when she gets back, which is perfect to hold her till we are done our workday. Besides this, Kate and her team have been so accommodating - even went outside of their usual pickup to get her daily when we had her staying with our friend, which really helped maintain some routine for her while we were away.
