After having several emails back and forth regarding what I'd like done I went to the shop on a Tuesday. When I get there he tells me he can't have the items ready before Christmas despite telling me there was a 2 week turnaround time (it was before 2 weeks). His response to me was "well I have had other people come in since we talked". Really you got that many orders the Monday after I talked to you on Friday?! (Shop is closed on the weekends). It was a 40 minute drive to get there and he was not the least bit accommodating. I truly hate to slam businesses but this was extremely poor form. Don't lie to your customers. Additionally, he charged $75 for digitizing logos which is high compared to other establishments.

This year, the gentleman who does our shirts sent them to someone else - and they were totally wrong - suffice to say, we won't be allowing our jobs to go to anyone else except American Icon in the future - and I've recommended them to everyone I know.
