She took a little over an hour to give me a big change * her prices are so reasonable I had to give her a 50% tip! * she taught me how to do my hair. I was not ready to relive the emotions again. How dare you ! I was going to keep other details out , but why don't I share them. The day of my wedding which was that weekend , I was getting bombarded with phone calls because apparently they lost my credit card information . They were desperate to get a payment. Payment I couldn't make the day this all happened because the power went out. My husband had to take the calls and explain to you we were on a plane trying to get to our wedding destination. Hours from getting married, all you could do is call non stop to collect a payment. It's not my fault everything was handled so poorly on your end. I was nothing but nice and kind to everyone at the salon. Money was never the issue. It's clear to me now you portray to be a high end salon when in reality your actions show that you have no clue how to treat your customers nor are trained to handle this kind of situation. I feel for your employees. Why don't you invest in a course for your management/ owner . You truly need it. I'm done with your nonsense and not taking responsibility for all your mistakes . Hope you follow my advice.

Amanda asked a few questions and really got into my hair and just gave me a super cut! Amanda is part artist! It didn't even take the full hour. And she was such a joy to spend time with! I fought sleep for as long as I could Saturday night just to avoid having to wash it all off! Stephanie is so easy and fun to work with. Our photos had to be rescheduled due to the fires, and she willingly arranged her already busy schedule to fit me in on a Saturday with short notice. She arrived right on time, bubbly and excited to do my hair and make up! I instantly felt at ease with her. I showed her several pictures of what I wanted and she NAILED it! I asked for natural glam and a braid with curls (my hair is thin so I was worried about the braid but oh man- she is so good with hair!). The conversation was natural and fun- she kept me relaxed and laughing the whole time! I had a few girlfriends over, and they all loved her as well! I cannot recommend Stephanie enough. She will be my go to for hair and make up moving forward. She takes the time to listen to what your vision is, she is a master in her craft, and most importantly- she has a heart of gold and just wants you to feel your best! One of the best to work with!

I scheduled an appointment online and was contacted by Jaz two hours before my appointment to cancel. She rescheduled for the next day. Jaz again canceled two hours before my appointment. At that point, I wouldn't be able to find another salon for the interview I wanted to cut my hair for. Anyway, so Jaz offers me a free deep condition. I tell her I'd rather a discounted haircut and that I don't use conditioner. She agrees. I will go ahead and spoil this by saying she did not give me the discount and did put conditioner in my hair after saying she was "just wetting it" when I told her I'd already washed my hair. I had a specific inspo in mind. I'd been growing my hair out for it. I wanted a Ramona Flowers type thing but with a blunt cut because of my hair type. Jaz sloppily stuck two pieces up and when she cut them they were super unevenly distributed. One was made of like 5 hairs and one was thick like I wanted. She blamed it on my cowlick which makes no sense. I went home and cut it. I was a little disappointed but whatever. Until I realized later that the conditioner had been hiding a pretty not blunt cut otherwise. I am so upset. It was an expensive cut, she made me wait like a week beyond my appointment for it, didn't give me my discount, and when I contacted her to tell her that I didn't like it, she said I could rebook. As if I'm giving her another $50. And mind you, she took like 30 minutes on it! No time at all. I have no idea what I did to this lady. Invest in a three way mirror, y'all. Customer service is down the drain.
