    Have lived at a property managed by Alpine for over 5 years. Admittedly, I was not a fan of Alpine…read morewhen I first arrived (not getting emails answered, leaving messages and not getting calls back). But since becoming more involved in the community and learning more about Alpine, I have come to realize the following: -In the beginning, I got my responses from Alpine but not as fast as I wanted them (but they did answer me and did provide what I asked for) -Since becoming more involved in the community, I have learned that some do not like the answers they get from Alpine, including myself at times -Residents, including myself, need to be more patient, especially when living in such a large community -Alpine is trying to make improvements and, when delivered in a healthy, mature, and constructive way (not yelling and/or calling them names), Alpine listens to feedback Alpine knows they need to make improvements. My understanding is they are under new management. Good. I would rather work with them, give them constructive feedback, push them to give better customer service, rather than complaining and gossiping with neighbors and not being proactive. Also, what responsibility do I/we have living in large community. If I/we do not like living in a community, then we should sell and invest in a single-family home. Looking forward to continuing a healthy working relationship with Alpine.

Refuses to tell me what she thinks I have done wrong. Time to complain to the board and BBB about her. Fails to enforce rules. Unhelpful and unprofessional email responses. Allows untold numbers of trespassers driving through our property but also can't get the asphalt redone as promised. Elizabeth (the supposed owner) never answers the phone. Blames owners for lack of attendance to her horribly run, inaccessible (not everyone has a computer) annual meetings. Forbids reaching out to other owners/ residents & board members though she's not getting her job done. Won't accept digital payments from my bank; they have to mail a paper check every month. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

    Terrible people to deal with. I saw 2 rentals in Uxbridge and fell in love with the one on 16 Cross…read moreSt in Uxbridge MA. I was given a sheet of paper with a QR code. I went right to their office as I really struggle with online applications. In their office asking .Elissa for help. She said to just follow the prompts as they are not allowed to help me. It asked for my credit card. .Elissa said it won't charge me, just do what it says. When it thanked me for my payment, again I asked Melissa what was going on. Then I got all these fraud alerts. Their website brought me to a hacker website. I had to cancel my credit card. Not only that, but they refused to give me a paper application saying if I couldn't do it online it was not their problem. I left multiple messages for the owner Randall as he showed me the property and never got a call back. Very disappointed with this agency. Trying to move back to the Northbride/Uxbridge area, have awesome credit and the agency has most of the listing's. I will report them to the BBB. What they did was unconsciousable. I will not give my information that is personal information over the Internet so someone can scan me or do fraud with my bank account, I have worked on computers for many years and I know how it works I follow rules and regulations that I have to go by but R&R didn't not care or having any understanding or any respect And a discontinue my application do because they didn't have my boyfriend information. Having everything on paper it is just as good in person than a email All we want was a place to call home. Money wasn't a problem. This unfair to all families that's not Comfortable given information over the Internet It's not safe I had all the proper paperwork that they needed for us to have the apartment This is heartbreaking and sad. I wouldn't recommend R&R To anyone do your research Nfiu not comfortable given your information over the Internet make sure you let them now
