They had to sand and paint all the cars again. When I went to get my car, they just handed me the keys and let me go. I was disappointed, hoping for a little something, maybe fill up my tank that would've cost them $20, but nothing! I am an Uber driver, and this meant that I couldn't work for 24 days! I went home right away and sent a message on their website, saying how disappointed I was. I had an answer less than an hour later from the owner "I am so sorry for what happened, I was gone for a month, what can I do to make it right!" I was surprised to receive such a fast answer and told him that my car needed some love and made a list of what needed to be done, telling him to choose whatever he wanted to do on this list. I had an answer right away "bring your car on the 7th and we will do everything on the list!" I was amazed! I got my car back last night, everything on my list has been fixed. I have no word to say how thankful I am, and what an awesome customer service they provided, they really went above and beyond, and I can't recommend them enough!
