Our agent was Winnie Shih, who provided excellent service from the moment we decided to have her represent us as sellers. Winnie's greatest asset is her ability to stay calm and counsel her clients towards the most workable and immediate solutions. She has decades of experience and the right demeanor to work with different kinds of agents, brokerages, and others who may be involved in the process. We're so glad we trusted Winnie with a huge responsibility that she lifted off our shoulders and took on herself so we could prioritize our lives. She was never late with a thing, and walked us through the process so clearly (and sometimes multiple times) that we understood each step necessary to complete our sale. I'm grateful Winnie is a kind person who is easy to work with, but for a realtor, her greatest assets are her commitment to her clients, her honesty, and her responsiveness especially during high-stress periods. Thank you Winnie and A+ Reality & Mortgage!
