DO NOT go to this place. The people are rude, and refuse to work with you. Go somewhere else - you WILL regret it

Asking around, I heard some others from Princeton who used them, so we went ahead and booked with them. My daughter had the same instructor for all three of her lessons. He was always on time and everything went fine. All lessons were scheduled within a 5 or 6 day window at the end of July (about a week after I called them initially). When we called back to schedule someone in April to take her for her road test on her 17th birthday, her prior instructor was no longer with them due to illness. Someone else took her and she did fine - she passed and he'd given her the added tip of getting the QLess app so that by the time she passed the road test, she was 10th on the 'line' in the dmv building - she would have been 56th! So she was dropped back at school that day with her license in hand, on her 17th birthday. Only drawback was that they did sometimes pick up or drop off another student at the end or beginning of a lesson. There was another woman with them on the day of the test as well - also taking her test. Additionally, the lessons were cut a little shorter than the 2 hours, but driving is exhausting when you are first learning, so neither my daughter nor I really had any complaints about that. They covered all the basics - stop, start, reverse, k-turn, parallel, highway . . .

I got flipped off after honking at him. This person should not be teaching anybody driving, and I certainly wouldn't trust this person behind the wheel, especially with my teen.

I saw a groupon deal of 2 ppl for one day $40. The hot air balloon launches twice in one day 6:30am…read moreand 6:30pm. We decided to go in the morning so the rest of the day we can relax. It is not free parking, they charge $10 and can go in/out, do not throw out the paper they gave you. The food prices in the festival is super pricey so I suggest leaving and get food outside the festival. Make sure to get the wristband to re-enter the festival. A virgin Piña colada costs $25!! I am disappointed that they dont have an actual person to pick up phone and they didnt post on site that the morning launch were not going to happen. We got there at 9am and then left a few hours later, came back 6:30pm for the last launch of the day. There is so many people and leaving was the parking lot was a chaos.

I attended the QuickChek's 35th Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival. This was my first time coming here…read morefor the event and I was pretty impressed. There were over a hundred vendors on site giving out freebies, samples, and games for a change to win bigger prizes. It is a nice marketing event for all the companies. The hot air balloon in the skies portion was the anchor of the event but be mindful, that it is subject to change based on weather conditions. Unfortunately, it was gusty this past Saturday and the hot air balloons did not get to fly up in the air. However, they blew up the balloons to let everyone see what balloons they have - Red Angry Bird, 35th Birthday Cake, Pepsi, Wonder Bread, and etc. I appreciate the effort! This past weekend had a beautiful sunset in the field so it was photo worthy for any picture-taking lovers out there! Overall, a nice family outing event. I would not mind coming back next year and hopefully, they will be in the air. For anyone interested, purchase the tickets in advance through Groupon beforehand for a deal, if available.

It's that time of year again - annual retreat for work!…read more Last year was our inaugural retreat and as 2024 Retreat Planner I created an immersive arts n crafts Afro futurist healing experience. I was really amped that our ED continued that tactile, creative vibe this year by booking us some time at the pottery. The last time I sat at a potters wheel was in 8th grade and my mom STILL has the flower pot cum remote control holder 32 years later. I was psyched to get back to it. Here's the rundown: A LOT is possible in a little over an hour. Our instructor Karen was phenomenal. A former teacher, she had a real knack for instruction and worked well with our group of adult learners. So much so that she glossed over our 12 yr old giggles about the ahem "shapes" all of the pottery wheel clay starts as. IYKYK. And if you don't, you'll find out. We had the opportunity to make 2 pieces: one from the wheel and another from the table. Once the pieces are done and colors selected, Karen will fire in the kiln for pickup at a later date. The space is gorgeous - yall know how I pine for my college days in New England. Close your eyes and it's like you're in the verdant forests of Vermont. The space is clean and well-lit with enough room to move around. It's easy to lose childlike wonder and fearlessness as we age. I love places where adults can explore, make mistakes, and fall in love with a new craft or hobby. And Karen has a wonderful way of making you feel confident, artistic, and determined as you learn something new. I definitely see myself coming back here alone or with friends. I can't say enough wonderful things about this experience!
