They took Jeremy's scooter right in and gave it a full checkup from top to bottom. They ended up replacing the carburetor, intake, all the fuel lines and filter and about 10 other things he did not even know were wrong. I was bracing for the bill and a full day's work with pickup only came to about $200. I don't know how they were able to work their magic but they did and he is one happy kid! I love that they always have all the parts in stock, are friendly, courteous and NEVER let a repair leave their shop without a full safety check. If I ever need a brand new scooter or repairs this is my one stop shop! I am a customer for life and I strongly encourage you to drop by and check out their selection. I had to contend with some time constraints due to a car rental return to an airport location, then Uber travel back across town, etc.. Lora did what needed to be done to make things happen. And she did it all with a smile. Heck, Lora even suggested a few restaurants! Andrew runs the rental desk. He too was friendly yet professional. He helped with my helmet sizing and saw that my moto was ready for me at the scheduled time. Andrew also informed me of the prepaid thruway toll service EagleRider offered, which paid for itself many times over. He provided a complete explanation of the moto's controls. The drop-off was easy too. Now, January is a slow time for moto rentals in Florida, so, yes, these folks had time. But you can tell that they are sincere in their dedication to service. I only mention the slowness of the season because Daytona bike week is coming up. They've a fair amount of motos on site but I don't know how many are already rented. But I know Lora and Andrew will be VERY busy. Personally, I wouldn't expect the level of service I received during this coming crush, but I wouldn't be surprised if you do. We had to rent the motorbikes from another company 'Eaglerider ' for the extra 2000€ extra each bike . Mr Patay SCAMMED us completely, not just reimbursing the amount of we 've paid way in advance but also returning our emails nor phone calls. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!! They had a 2021 model that was a reasonable price, and I got in there to take a look at it. It sat well, was a reasonable price, but it was not my only stop to look at bikes, as there was at least one other place in a short distance to look at still. Sadly, the other place offered a better price for a newer model and that is what I went with. I will say that the salesman that I dealt with at Seminole was a good guy, and he was straight with me about both the bike and my trade-in. It was just that I was looking for something that is in a niche area of motorcycling, and when it comes down to that kind of thing it is hard to compete. As for the store, it was a decent store with a nice selection. I had no issues with them and if I am looking again at some time in the future I would have no problems with returning and looking.

As part of a birthday extravaganza, my boyfriend wanted to rent a Honda Goldwing motorcycle. And Goldwings are completely not available in Jacksonville so we were originally planning a trip to Orlando when we heard Daytona had one available. As a part of the Eaglerider motorcycle rental group, they can bring in various bikes a person may want to rent. We planned a one day rental and the shop was super accommodating allowing us to pick up the bike after they were closed. The rental included helmets and basic insurance to cover the bike. This was my first time being on a motorcycle and after being terrified the first half of the initial ride, I slowly began to enjoy myself. I was much better the second day for our sightseeing trip. I definitely recommend A1A - driving right next to the ocean and smelling the salt in the air is what living in Florida is all about. We returned the bike shortly before closing the following day. We chatted with the owner, Chris, who did the walk around the check the bike. The bike was in great condition and we had no problems. They included two locks and we did use the brake disc lock when we left it in a parking garage because, ya know, no one wants to pay that $1k deductible should someone try to take it. Chris checked us out and they walked us through a bunch of other vehicles available. If you want to rent a t-rex, this is your place. If you want to check that out, other bikes, drool over a Vanderhall, go here. Everyone was super friendly, answered questions, and didn't make fun of my complete ignorance of anything and everything motorsports. I hope they get a passenger backrest for the Spyder so we can rent that next without me worrying about falling off the back!

We picked up a couple days later and as soon as all the paperwork was we rode out. Everyone was great and made sure we were happy.
