Unless the waiting room is packed, he takes time to interact with you as a patient. For a small community (Astoria, OR), he's a good resource. Leaves his ego outside the room. If he doesn't know something, he'll look it up. While the answer for everyone's health might not be keto (my choice), his weight-loss/nutritional guidance seems dated. Biggest issue is with the exam rooms. You can hear everything going on in the next room over--sorry you got an STD Margie, but we all could have told you Earl was a drunken womanizer before and after he met you.

Dr. Toyas was very friendly on the phone, fit me in the next day, was very understanding when I was late due to traffic & gave me an excellent adjustment that left me feeling SO MUCH BETTER!!! He really takes his time, has so many different tools that he uses including electro stimulation, hot packs, a theragun type instrument that helps to break up fascia, manual manipulation - this man knows what he's doing and he takes his time!!!! The first time visit was $60 which I found to be extremely reasonable and then after that you can purchase a four pack for $100 or it's $45 for one visit. Can't wait to see The doc again this week!

According to them, they do not have a log of who answers calls. If at any point they give incorrect information no one will be held accountable or corrected from giving false information going forward. They gave me incorrect information and directions on two different occasions regarding time sensitive healthcare and the third call I was told I'm not even in their system. They referred me back to my previous primary care provider at another coordinated care facility although I kindly explained to them they are my assigned CCO by OHP and I no longer have access to that previous care provider which is why I was calling them. This is so confusing and distressing when you're someone just trying to take care of your health. I would not recommend this clinic, and will be seeking care elsewhere due to the lack of correct information and communication.
