But every time I go there the ladies there always seem like your bothering them. I always call in early to have my refills filled, at least and hour or more ahead of time and they say it will be ready but it never is and I understand that they could be real busy but domy tell me it will be ready when I get there and it's not. This last time I called as soon as they opened to get a refill on a prescription just for nausea. when I got there at 11:30 am of course it was not ready. Then the lady filling the prescription came to the window to let me know she only got the lable done but not the prescription. then informed me that my insurance wasn't going to cover it because they only refill it so many times. I said how much will it be if I dont go through insurance she said about the same. I said ok go ahead and refill it.. the whole time she acted like I was bothering her. Then she just shut the window on me. After I got my prescription I told them I would not be coming back and in a very sarcastic tone one of the ladies yelled out Have a happy Thanksgiving. They are very rude with their customers. I was told by my neighbors when I moved here that they have had bad experiences with this pharmacy but I thought since they were closer I would use them, but I actually did not look forward picking up my prescriptions there. but this will unfortunately be my last time I go.

They filled medicine we didn't need and lied and said the doctor canceled his meds. The doctor said he never canceled them. They could have killed my husband with there negligence. She poured the second bottle into her hand, looked at the pills and returned them to the bottle. I told her she touch my pills. I had to say it twice before anything registered. There was a bit of a stare down. Then she dumped out the pills and counted out replacement pills and returned them to the same bottle. Where am I?

They have a fair assortment of lotions, food powders and the like. A rather large portion of the store is dedicated to make-up for some reason as well. There is a meager toy section that is VERY overpriced so veer the children away from it. Animal food etc., is bare bones and about the same as you'd find at Big Lots. Some greeting/birthday cards as well as gift bags etc., for those of us who totally buy a gift the day of a birthday because we forgot. Great selection of regular over-the-counter medicines near the pharmacy. The food aisles are packed full of unhealthy food. I mean I understand having them there as a convenience, but this Walgreens in its current location serves as a grocer for a lot of lower income people nearby and they should have access to healthier foods rather than garbage that's saturated in fat and sodium. Speaking of healthy, why does a pharmacy sell tobacco products still? It's rather strange to me. The store is clean, and the staff is alright (they can be curt sometimes). The hours are a big draw as there are a great deal of late night boozehounds/meth-heads that meander from the dive hotels nearby so be on your toes. There can be some seedy people in the area.

I go to Walmart to get the script filled and Walmart tells me that Walgreens shouldn't have even accepted the script because certain laws apply to this type of medicine. Thankfully, Walmart worked with me and we got it fixed. This place is also dirty, unprofessional and just horrible customer service. Especially by the pharmacy, they cuss in front of patients. Say private information out loud. Horrible horrible.
