We realized we should have noticed in the proof so decided to swallow that $500 dollar bill and waste of 8 stamps. They gave us a whopping 10% off of the next order (even though thinking about it, when they opened photoshop file it should have come up with font not supported, so kinda think it's on them, but we're nice people and took the blame) So for our next order we asked if we could just order one of the eight stamps, so that we can test it out before purchasing $500 worth of stamps, and they said sure. But then we got a bill for all 8 stamps and was told all 8 were made. So ya, that sucked. $1000 down the drain. Not great customer service, putting blame on customer is pretty terrible. Should have read the reviews before going with this company.

I have found them to be petty, dishonest and completely self-centered. I would not advise doing business with Creative Packaging. This is just one small example of how they operate.

I buy in bulk so I can develop a "signature" look for the year. It's a great deal when you break it down per piece but it is a commitment. (I'll post a picture of some of my gifts that I did for Christmas.) I used Clear Boxes with Silver Sheer Organza or Silver Satin Ribbon in a Frosted Bag. They also have bulk rolls of wrapping paper that I buy in neutral colours (they have some that are 2 sided) so it can be used throughout the year.

I know it's a lost art of sorts, but I just enjoy it so, so stationery stores have a soft spot in my heart. And they are a dying breed. So many brick and mortar paper stores are closing up shop. When I moved to Vancouver, I got all my cards at the downtown Papyrus, and I was so very sad when they closed. Enter Mollie's. It's fairly small, but they carry a decent selection of Hallmark and Papyrus greetings cards. They also now are carrying some boxed Christmas cards, too. I liked how they had a good selection of UNICEf boxed holiday cards. (I was a bit dismayed how they didn't have any Hanukkah boxed cards. I saw a bunch of them last time I was at IKEA, as they carry the UNICEF boxed cards - for Christmas and Hanukkah ,both). This store also has cute school/office supplies (novelty erasers and pens and pencils, crayons, paper clips, etc), and some wonderful gift ideas for kids and teens (fun card games, stickers, beautiful artsy jigsaw puzzles, etc.). I also noted that they have a Canada Post counter and mailbox at the back, so you can mail out your cards and packages here (nice! One stop shopping!). and they have a wall section of mailboxes one can presumably rent out. Convenient.

I was highly disappointed when I got these flowers .. the roses were just placed in the vase THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CREATIVITY USED AT ALL!!!! now I've done arrangements for events and I ended up fixing this one after .. added some 4 dollar baby's breath from safeway .. trimmed some of the roses so they were different heights and also arranged the colours nicely ... Their customer service is good tho .. she called and made arrangements for me to pick them up because she couldn't get into my building and she stilled walked them home for me because it was heavy and I had a stroller and other stuff .. I mean my fiance technically did pay for delivery but it was still nice of her .. Also some of the red roses were dying very dark .. they didn't even take the time to pick the dead petals off .. Honestly this bouquet was 50 plus delivery and tax .. don't waste ur money go elsewhere ... safeway at new west station sells nicer arrangements in their fridge section and they also have vases for sale .. I'm sure for 50 bucks you could get a WAAAAAY better arrangement that actually utilizes some creativity and effort with a vase and the person who receives it will be happier .. Don't get me wrong I am very greatful that my fiance put the effort in .. I just feel like he wasted his money because the arrangement was such a disappointment and I ended up fixing it myself ... The two stars are strictly for customer service ... actual product gets 0 stars ...

WILTED FLOWERS/NOT $65 worth of flowers Very disappointed in…read morethe bouquet I bought. I paid $65 for one of their small designer graduation bouquets. At time of ordering and paying the customer service rep said the flowers might not be exactly like the photo as they use seasonal flowers. I felt they over promised with false advertising and completely under delivered. The photo on the left is from their website and the photo on the right is what I received. Flowers, especially the roses were wilted, edges were brown, and the accent flowers were the cheap kind. I should have bought a dozen roses from Costco instead of using this florist.
