Vince's family skating rink is now one of the few places that is open for family to come and have fun I don't see anyone else doing anything doing anything else since the pandemic has hit I have read some reviews of people saying that the place is nasty and dusty well let me tell you something it is not nasty or dusty we clean every single night even after people get up and leave when they are there with their families that is the first thing that we do I know for a fact that the tables are sanitized and so are the chairs because I'm the one that does that and the crew helps also we all put in together and we get it done come and join us for a night of fun and you can find out for yourself and see what you think and let me add there is no smell as you are coming in through the hallway to come into the skating ring My family is there every weekend read more

Addressing these negative reviews, In 2021 when I used to skate here, I've never had a problem with management. They were always upfront with rules and were stern but not rude, they're only doing their jobs. The floor may have had cracks and dings in them but it was still good enough to skate and have a good time. Now the entrance and ceiling, The entrance never smelled like mold or rotten wood, It always had a neutral smell, Kind of like the natural smell of any business. The ceiling wasn't the best but it was functional, that's what matters. People need to understand this isn't a corporate owned business where they have millions to keep the place looking like brand new, this is a family owned business, cut the shit and appreciate a family owned business. read more

Want to Vance's Skateland this evening. Let me start off by saying my family had a blast. My husband and I have not been skating in almost 20years, so it definitely brought back some nostalgia along with a fun and memorable time. We brought our two youngest kids with us who had never been skating before. They absolutely loved it and had a ball. The owner and staff have definitely put a lot of work into the place and it looks great. We loved it and definitely what our little community needs. We need a great place for kids and families to go and I think Vance's is definitely on track to being that great place. We can't wait to come again. I love taking my kids to this NEWLY renovated, Super FUN Skating Rink ! Clean &safe rink, spacious, plenty of parking. Nice staff, Clean restrooms & amazing food! Their pizza is THE BEST! Always doing something fun for kids of all ages! Nice selection of Music in the very loud juke box too. All kids love lights out & Strobe light on ! Perfect place for birthday parties too! I've had at least 10 there. Trust me on this , come visit. Your young kid; will love it ! Your teenager; will love it. You as an adult; will not be bored! This place will always hold a very special place in my heart. Been going here since I was a kid, and even heard stories of my parents going here before I was even thought about! They've really outdone themselves with the recent remodel. It's so beautifully decorated and almost brings a tear to my eye. You CANNOT beat the amazing people here. I can't wait to bring my future children so they can experience the joy that most people from Clintwood and the surrounding areas have. This place is under new management and has made amazing improvements! We just took our boys there and had a blast. The staff was wonderful and were very persistent about reminding people to wear their masks while not skating. They even have little cart like things for the kids to hold onto while they are learning to skate, these are limited so you do have to share! It was a very fun place for everyone of all ages! The new upgrades are great! The new people running it are so much more friendlier. The skating rink is so welcoming, cleaner and bright. My family and I enjoyed an evening of skating, pool, and air hockey. We can't wait to go back. The entrance now has a ramp, which I can't thank them enough. My mom has missed a few of her grand daughters birthday parties due to not having a ramp at the entrance as she's in a wheelchair. read more
