I have proof I paid via the appropriate mobile app (ParkMobile) for a parking spot. My license plate number needed to be updated in the mobile app due to the DMV unexpectedly providing me with a new license plate last month. However, I do have my car's description listed on my account in the app I used to pay for parking. In my opinion, if a tag or vehicle description can be found for a car that has paid for a spot in the lot in question, the vehicle should not be towed before some type of verification process. The parking mobile app has my email address. An email could have been sent to me to confirm my license plate, VIN, car description, confirmation number of payment, etc. This company is able to receive the license plate information from the mobile app, but they cannot see the vehicle description I provided? Additionally, there are not any signs up in the parking lot I used to remind people to check their license plate for accuracy. Other lots I have used have people take a picture of their license plate. The way this company deals with people for small errors is not customer friendly. Tonight, many of the people towed from the lot I used where attending a fundraising dinner to support great causes in the community. In my opinion, what happened to me and other attendees was not right and I wanted to share my experience to warn others.

I was blown away! The open air train ride was fabulous! $1 per person one way or $2 round trip. They also allow your pet to ride with you!! The hiking trails were clearly marked and well maintained. I recommend bug spray as it is still very woodsy. The country store had essentials and souvenirs. We did not camp here due to the smaller camp sites and close proximity to other campers. We prefer the more open campground lay outs but would consider it during a less crowded season. The bath house was very clean! We plan to go back and attend trade days!

Over time, competition from places like The Summit, the rise of online shopping, store closures (Sears, Rich's, Macy's and Belk Home and Kids), then the shootings in 2018 and 2020 led to a huge decline.For a while, it felt like the Galleria would not be able to recover. Well, now it's 2026, and the popularity of the Galleria is rising again. The mall feels brighter, cleaner and safer, due to improved management and security. It's a great spot to spend time indoors during AL's extreme heat, cold or rain (it offers covered parking too). Best of all, the iconic features remain, like the large American flag and classic carousel in the central atrium, and (best of all) Santa's workshop during the holiday season, and make it a fun alternative for young families and grandparents. It is handicap accessible and has an elevator available. There are many restrooms and many places to dine from. Sometimes there are food trucks available on a certain level if you're not wanting the regular stadium food. Parking in the lots on event days costs $20, but unless you get to the venue early, it may be your best option. Also there are restaurants across in Uptown you can eat at before or after your event. Pro Tip: Don't count on the restaurants to be open if your event ends after 10:30ish. Most are closed. Eat before or drive elsewhere.
