He even climbed into my unit to shuffle things around so we could make the rug fit! I was very surprised at how hands on they are with helping their customers. The man at the front desk was also very helpful as I had several questions for him. When I didn't know what size unit to lease, he walked me around the facility showing me different sizes so I could know which one I needed. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Hands down the BEST storage facility EVER! We have used them for over a year and a half. The…read moremanagement team of Denise and Ronnie do an excellent job of maintaining the facilities and making sure each customer is satisfied. I had an issue with the keys to my locks not working properly (likely my fault for getting them mixed up or something) and Denise immediately solved the problem by cutting off the old locks, installing new ones that had matching keys & held onto an extra set of keys in the office should I put myself in another bind. Upon being able to open the lock on one of our 3 units, I was unable to open the door. My previous movers had stacked boxes in such a way that they collapsed. Ronnie went out of his way to get the door open, take the boxes out and restack everything properly. They are always riding the property with cold water on hand for customers that are working in their units. I really can't say enough about this facility other than the fact that I am really going to miss them when we get our units cleared out this week! if you are looking for a storage facility in Tuscaloosa, you won't regret using this group! Also a very convenient location!

The…read moremanager, I think his name is Bruce, was very responsive to our questions and concerns and seems to be a very honest person looking to help his customers. They recently expanded their climate controlled indoor storage and this worked out perfectly for my child who is a student at University of Alabama and needed storage for the summer. The place is clean, and they are very concerned with the security of your belongings. They have fences, keypad access and they have put up security cameras everywhere. They are very close to the UA campus so it was only about a 5 minute drive to move things back and forth. Pricing was very reasonable and they even prorated the move out month in August for the college students. Most places make you pay the whole month! Payment was easy and I was able to set up online service to automatically charge my monthly rental to my credit card. I highly recommend Kicker Road Self Storage. Thank you Bruce!
