I was terrified when I came out of the salon like that. Not only did I waste my money but my hair was so damaged. I came across Melissa'a instagram page and emailed her right away to see if she could fix it. She provided my with multiple options and I decided to go back to dark to put my hair to rest. Not only did Melissa achieve that but my hair has been healthier even with the toner and dye that she put in my hair on top of what it was before. Ever since I have been going to her for my trims and no regrets at all!

It started with a shampoo, accompanied by a nice head massage which is just what I needed. She made sure to double check that I still wanted the same length cut and asked about how much maintenance I wanted to do which was extremely low. She was quick and did exactly what I requested without going too short. She always asked how you felt and she was super friendly. Appreciated them being able to fit my in last minute, and she finished off the cut by styling my hair with some beautiful curls. I definitely would go back as I had such a great experience. Cost for a junior stylist is $75 and senior stylist was $95.

To say that I was hesitant is an under statement. At first I couldn't find the salon because it's actually called Jacobs hair salon. I had booked an appointment with Sara, I explained to Sara what cut I wanted sadly she wasn't able to give me that cut due to my hair being straight on top and curly mid scalp. I wanted to bring out as many of my curls out as possible (I love my curls) So Sara went to work in the most unconventional way that I have ever experienced (it was new to me) I don't think Sara used a comb or a brush, she started cutting and I had my fingers crossed under the cape. Long story short, I LOVED what Sara had done to my hair, exactly what I had asked for. I left super happy, I didn't want to write a review until I had been able to style my own hair. I will be back for sure, maybe sooner than later because I want bangs to go with this great cut.

I showed her a photo and I really don't think she could have matched it any closer. She was kind and attentive throughout the process and made sure things were going in the desired direction. Super pleased with the results. I will definitely be back.
