He has narcissistic thinking that he is superior in attorney knowledge, but he is not when compared to the average attorney. He has poor behavior during Deposition (poor body language expressing frustration like grabbing his bald head in anger). He does not appreciate that children lie and that some parents coach their children about what to say. He doesn't understand basic medicine regarding false memories and false beliefs that need to be exposed to win a case or reduce settlement. He also likes to use insurance money liberally to settle out of court, because he has no defense stamina. He takes cue from his wife's opinion regarding cases. Well the other party hired Dret, which is conflict of interest- we had gone through same thing couple yrs earlier with diff attorneys, we had called & talked to quite a few before hiring Lauser, the other party tried hiring one we talked to & Lauser brought it up to court & she was told she would have to get a lawyer we had not talked to.. but this time our own lawyer (Ludwig, who I will be filing complaint as well) would not say anything. Plus the other party had moved to Utah & the child was residing there, which Dret either just wanted her $ & an easy win cause of the bias & conflict of interest w/ the judge, or did tell the other party & the other party didnt want to cause Shasta County courts were already in her favor with her lies to the courts.. so we did not get to go to trial cause we would not have had a fair trial due the attorneys not trying to help & the bias in the courts. Dret and the other attorney should be held accountable as well as the judge Gary Gibson (if I can file complaint on him too) because now the children have been left in a bad environment where they get mistreated.. Dret is a snake. My husband had talked to him about our case & about the illegal/biased things judge Gibson was doing (waited to call our case last then say he Personally called the other party on SATURDAY to notify of court date.. my husband, me & his mom were in the court room but we were only ones cause he called us last) then my job offered a discount for legal help & we went with someone else. Well he ended up taking the mothers case knowing the biased against my husband, so he Knew it would be an easy win. Plus we were told lil later into it that he should have told the client to file in the state she was in-child has been with her he is resident of that state... so either he told her & she did not want to or he just never told her... Ive filed complaints due to misconduct & I will be posting reviews anywhere/everywhere.
