A few companies responded. One company was booked until September while another company declined. A third company was able to show up the same day to measure and provide an estimate. MacVane Electrical was the fourth company to reply but was the quickest to provide an estimate after I texted pictures of the circuit boxes as well as an approximate distance. I was hesitant due to lack of online reviews. Phil (Sr.) quickly responded in the same evening with an estimate as well as a commitment to show up the next day to do the work. Phil (Jr) arrived the next day (Tuesday) as promised along with Ray, and both got the work done in about 2 hours. Both are super nice guys. Turns out Phil and his father started the company just 6 months ago, hence there are few to no reviews online. They are friendly, clean, and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. My boiler ended up needing one part (that he did not replaced) after he was at my house three day (and finally said he could not fix). Also not a nice person, said my equipment had "half a**" parts. (Was put in by HVAC technician) Oh and he was smoking weed in his car in my driveway. I had a technician in today who had it up and running beautifully. I recommend that he doesn't take a job he can't complete and also don't replace hundreds of dollars of parts that weren't fault.
