First off, Tim was on hand --on a Sunday evening-- to take a call from the tow truck driver, and confirmed he could get to the job without delay. By the time I was awake and called on Monday morning, the job was almost done! A couple hours more, and Someone's at my hotel to pick me up to get my truck! I didn't even ask for a ride. By noon, I was back on the road. T & T provided service that was as good and as helpful as I've ever had in 35 years of driving. I sure appreciate how responsive they were to my situation in getting me back underway, right away. I recommend this shop. Say Hi to Tim for me when you're there.

So, here we are, 1200 miles from home, on the side of a highway with semis zooming past at 80mph, it's -14 out, so we're freezing our @$$ off in a dead car... GM OnStar sent us a friendly Sheriff so we had a warm cop car to sit in while we waited for the tow truck. Jim from A-1 Towing showed up and saved our day (well, night). He got our truck on his flatbed quickly and drove us all the way to Great Falls, where he dropped off the car at the Chevy dealer, patiently waited while we collected our belongings out of our vehicle, and drove us to our hotel. Not just was Jim helpful in towing our car, he was super nice, told us about the area, gave us suggestions on what to do since we'll probably be stuck here for a few days, and just really went out of his way to make sure we were OK! If you're broken down around here, don't waste your time or effort calling anyone else.

After crossing the US/Canada border at Sweetgrass, the front of our RV was absolutely covered in bugs. There are 2 garage bays, that seemed more than big enough to handle most large passenger vehicles. There was also the exterior wash on the side, which we used. This was one of the more excellent self-car washes we have been to. It was noticeably lacking all the dinginess that many self-washes usually have. The hoses on the outdoor bay looked and felt brand new, and the nozzle was lightweight and easy to hold. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover logos were on the card reader. We used a Mastercard and didn't bother to use our usual Amex. So we don't know if it would have worked. One swipe was $2.50, which put 6min30sec on the countdown. It also accepts quarters. There was no tap or ApplePay. Selections included rinse, soap, foam brush, and clear coat wax. We don't ever use the foam brushes because they are known to scratch the coating. This clear coat wax indicated it needed a final rinse and we were running low on time, so we only used the high/low pressure soap and rinse. Switching from rinse to soap and back, it took a reasonable amount of time, about 45 sec, for the water to get soapy and then go clear again. There are no specific soaps for tire/engine wash or a hydrophobic coating and other less used cleaners. The overhead mechanism that allows the hose to go all the way around the RV was high enough that we didn't hit our solar panels, and the hose was new and rigid enough that it didn't get floppy and stuck on our awnings. We do wish it was a few feet higher. In addition to the wash bays, there was a vacuum that accepts quarters and, uniquely, a carpet wash machine that accepted quarters and cards with settings for carpet rinse, washes, and protectors in addition to just the wet vac. There were also vending machines for other auto detailing products. Overall, this is one of the better self-washes we have used for the RV. No frills, clean, functional, and reasonably priced. We used 5 swipes of our card to clean the RV, which took almost 35 mins, totaling $12.50. Our review of Coyote Car Wash in Shelby, MT, is five-star, and we highly recommend stopping here to get the bugs off your RV. G47V+JV Shelby, Montana ///rare.ulterior.visited

He kept my Pontiac Grand Am running until it had 235k miles on it, and even then although he could have fixed it, he was honest with me that the cost of that repair probably wasn't worth it because it had a lot of miles and wear and tear (I had asked him for several years to just let me know it got to the point that repairing something probably wasn't worth the cost and I should just consider getting another vehicle instead). I completely trust Tom to work on my vehicles and would recommend him to anyone that needs automotive repair work done.
