He kept my Pontiac Grand Am running until it had 235k miles on it, and even then although he could have fixed it, he was honest with me that the cost of that repair probably wasn't worth it because it had a lot of miles and wear and tear (I had asked him for several years to just let me know it got to the point that repairing something probably wasn't worth the cost and I should just consider getting another vehicle instead). On the way we called several auto parts stores only to learn the nobody had the belt in stock and it was 2-3 days out. Bell Motor Company didn't have the belt either but the parts guy was able to get it ordered in overnight. Meanwhile Carissa the service manager had the car checked to make sure it was only the belt and then gave us a ride to a local hotel. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
