Darryl repeatedly assured me that the repairs he recommended would resolve the issues, but every time I got the car back, the check engine light came right back on. He charged me for additional fixes that didn't need to be made and ultimately failed to complete the original repair I requested. Despite knowing I was on a tight timeline, he made no effort to expedite the process, leaving me to chase him constantly for updates while enduring incredible inconvenience and frustration. Then they started to do a compression check but they said the engine seized. Our options were to put in a rebuilt engine for over $8K, junk or donate it. We took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. The only thing that seized was the a/c unit. We now have our truck back and working fine for $1,600, Major error on 9th Street's part. Additionally, the work order to replace the a/c unit listed replacing the #1 spark plug and the ignition coil because they had been removed. I have all kinds of questions about why 9th Street did that.
