He takes time to explain the solutions needed and the cost. He did an amazing job doing everything we needed and very respectful of our property. He even put up with our 6 pups. We didn't know our AC would stop working today during this intense heat wave, so I called and talked to Tom (office manager) asking him if there was anyway possible he could send someone out. He did his due diligence in checking if any technician had time to help us out. YES... Will to the rescue! My husband is 80 and had open heart surgery in the past and he is not a healthy man, so the heat is very hard on him. I never mentioned that to Tom, so you can imagine how grateful we were when Will arrived. Air conditioner is fixed. Thank you Will for your expertise and professionalism. I 100% recommend Paramount Plumbing! Stay cool

Overall, this seems like a local company that genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating…read moreits employees well. However, I did experience an issue during my furnace installation. After the gas line was turned on, a gas leak occurred, requiring PECO to replace parts on the gas meter. Based on the PECO technicians' experience, they indicated that opening a gas valve too quickly can sometimes contribute to a gas leak. On the other hand, DiBiase explained that, in their view, the issue was not related to how the gas was turned back on but rather to the age of the PECO meter, which they believe would have failed regardless. To the company's credit, they discussed the situation with me and provided an additional year of free maintenance. While I appreciate their response and the added maintenance, I'm not convinced the installation wasn't a contributing factor. I hope they review their installation procedures to help prevent this type of issue from happening to future customers.

The new utility sink faucet that was installed was a dream! My lavatory leaks though...these had to be tinkered wIth several times., on several different days. You are thinking, WHY FIVE STARS???? This is why! Our plumber came out several times, in a very timely manner, to make things right. He could have easily told us that this was a worse repair than what it was. He was unfailingly polite, and optimistic and got the leak problem solved. Everyone that I've talked to or dealt with at Mattioni Plumbing has been very profesdional and helpful. I look forward to calling them for our basement bathroom project because I am sure that they willl do it right, and more importantly, if there are any unforeseen problems, THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!
