Had to shut off water to the house and call the plumber in the morning. Called F.H. Swisher this morning and the friendly guy on the line advised I gently tighten a hidden screw inside the head and call him back if it didn't work. It worked. I really love these folks. They've done lots of work for me on different things and given good advice ("whack the controller with a wrench if this happens again").
