I know you might be fustrated and maybe something happend for you feel this way, but you should not call out making accusation of a school because you feel something did not go the way you wanted it. I know your child and and with my own eyes have seen your child misbehave so many times and, hitting children. Not only with the teachers but with the owner too even though she would sit their and talk the child calmly. This school allowed you to come back to give support to your child. I have witnessed with my own eyes that the very own outside support team that was there for your child was often found to be on their cell phone or sit away from your child in a corner. I did not see any engagement with them in the short period of times I would be their during drop off. This was witness most the time I was there. I haven't experienced any issues since and I've been very pleased with my time here. The teachers are very well mannered and professional. All very personable. My kid is actively engaged everyday, and he loves the yoga and music classes they offer. It's probably his favorite days here. The facilities have a great open layout which my kid loves the space to runaround and play. They do fun activities throughout the year and involve the parents. They have an app to help see what your kid does every day and updates with reports. I'd recommend this place and I know my kid is well taken care here.

Both of the ladies on the phone were very rude and in the background I could hear the the second lady screaming not yelling or telling the child firmly, but screaming to "sit down and shut up".A few moments later I heard a child come up to the woman on the phone and I guess try to get her attention and she told the child "what the hell do you want now I'm on the phone". As a new parent I was angered, scared and saddened by how these children were being talked to and treated. I would be furious if I was paying for my child to go somewhere and be taken care of, trusting that they were being treated kindly. These children are our future we should not be tearing them down with hate before they have a chance to grow in love.
