Not only did Right Steps hit all of these points and more, the director, Bhavana, was a joy to work with as I was trying to navigate setting up childcare from a distance. Our kids (2 & 4) had a tough time adjusting to both moving and new childcare - but the staff at Right Steps did everything they could to help them adjust, and both of my kids are thriving there. I'm really impressed that every room has all teachers, as opposed to a teacher and assistants, and all the teachers I've encountered have been wonderful.They're learning so much, happily talk about their friends and teachers, and my daughter has even eaten some salad! Both of the ladies on the phone were very rude and in the background I could hear the the second lady screaming not yelling or telling the child firmly, but screaming to "sit down and shut up".A few moments later I heard a child come up to the woman on the phone and I guess try to get her attention and she told the child "what the hell do you want now I'm on the phone". As a new parent I was angered, scared and saddened by how these children were being talked to and treated. I would be furious if I was paying for my child to go somewhere and be taken care of, trusting that they were being treated kindly. These children are our future we should not be tearing them down with hate before they have a chance to grow in love.
