This place is god awful and I do not recommend bringing your kids here.
Things started out okay. I liked the daily report cards they filled out and everything but then I started noticing some things that were off, and what happened later made me inclined to believe they lied to me about more than 1 thing.
When I was first looking for daycare and I had called these guy I had given them a huge warning on my sons autism. I told them that he's level 2, will require 1 on 1 when needed and that I'd like to pack an emergency snack bag(they only allowed apple sauce) incase there were days where he absolutely wouldn't eat. They fought me on the snack bag so I had to get a doctors note(which is fine) but then I noticed he was losing weight. Not only on the scale but you could physically tell as well.
The first 2 days were communicated that he was struggling with adjusting(which I completely understand), but ALL of the progress reports from the 11th - 19th were all positive stating how many new foods he's trying and eating, how he's adjusting well and has found new toys to help him calm down, etc. Then the 19th comes and I get a random text asking me to come pick my son up because he's "unconsolable". When I get there my sons face isn't red in the slightest from crying, there's no tears in his eyes, he's just whining and has a runny nose from allergies.
One of the office ladies(I think it was Tina) proceeded to say:
"So we don't think he's adjusting well within the 2 week adjustment period and we won't be able to ale him anymore. We can watch him Monday or Tuesday to allow you to find another place but that's it"
I was confused and blind sided because they had been lying to me for the past week and a half about my sons progress and then claim my son(who's skull isn't fully developed) headbutt one of the teachers and might have fractured a bone in their chest?? I'm sorry but my sons who's skull isn't fully developed isn't going to fracture a fully grown adult bones without hurting himself in the process. So until I get proof(which they never provided) I think they lied about that too.
I also believe they lied about how much he was eating. For a growing boy who's maintained 26lbs - 27lbs for a little over a month now while also playing at the park... For him to lose 5 lbs in the first 5 days of daycare is NOT normal. I believe they were lying about his eating habits while in daycare.
When I asked for servaliance to see his behavior and eating habits they told me their cameras only record for 1 day at a time... Which how convenient for them, imo.
Despite giving them the warnings about my son, I don't believe I was taken seriously at all. One of the office ladies kept assuring me that they've had autistic kids before and that their kids are also autistic but this experience has screamed the exact opposite.
You cannot lie to parents about the adjustment period and screw them over by giving them only 2 days to search for another daycare or babysitting replacement. I will never recommend this place to anyone and if they tell you they take "special needs" or autistic kids, don't believe them. read more
