This VV was ok. LOTS of stuff because for some ODD reason, thrift stores just aren't a thing in Canada and it makes me wonder where does 'stuff' go??? The landfills?? Anyways, the merchandise was plenty, prices were ok and the bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. Like haven't been cleaned (ever???) and STUNK. So. Bad. Staff was friendly so there was that. I'd definitely go back but bring lots of hand sanitizer and use a bathroom elsewhere before heading in. read more

I accidently purchased the wrong item and was worried I would not be able to exchange it to the one I initially wanted. There was a miscommunication with my boyfriend over the phone and I made the wrong choice. I came back to store and Adam was called to assist me. Adam handled the exchange process on professional, carrying and friendly level, that made me feel comfortable going through the process. I got an impression that Adam is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable person who knows how to handle stressful situations and how to keep their customers happy. Found myself 2 Leather jackets here, and my gf bought a couple articles also. You can find some deals on brand name clothing here. Decent selection, but we will paying a visit to the local dry cleaners before we wear these things. read more

The washroom here was disgusting. Smelled like urine and no bag in the garage can. Very off putting smell near the washroom.
