Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

When I objected to his filth, he started yelling expletives and a derogatory term at me all while in front of my 82 year old mother. What a disgusting way to do business! They need to mind their own business and leave me alone. How hard is that?

Bugs,…read morenoisy neighbors, horrible washer/dryer sheet smells in apartments that also permeate throughout everything in your apartment (including my $1,700 mattress that I had to throw out b/c it smelled so bad!) and into your cars as the vents are full of lint that fall on vehicles. Cars were flooded in the past and were destroyed - as such, tenants moved out. If you have an issue with a noisy, harassing neighbor, you need to take them to the Nutley Court yourself as management will NOT intervene and abide by the Lease you sign. They also play funny with $ they owe you when you vacate. Steer clear and look elsewhere! I hope this doesn't get taken down as they pay companies to remove bad reviews.

Horrible management company. Ignores issues. We have had a rat infestation in our parking lot for…read moremonths and they are doing nothing about it. A rat died in my parking space. Patrician was called and asked to remove it. They never did and I had to look at it (and watch it start to smell and decay) for 5 days. Thankfully, another animal took care of the issue since Patrician did not. Rats are a health issue and cause damage to living areas. A neighbor had to pay $3k to repair her car after the rats ate through the wires. Patrician denies the issue. We have issues with mice infestation every year. They charge high association fees and nothing is done. Currently, I'm displaced because of the amount of mice that I have seen in my building. It's disgusting We have a set of rules we are to adhere to... apparently it is up to the discretion of Patrician who has to follow the rules and who can get away with anything. For example- had a neighbor light candles in the hallway and leave the building. Patrician did nothing. This is one example of many, but I'm using this one because it is a fire code violation and they still chose not to address it Julie P is especially bad. She consistently lies to residents and says "no one else calls about this problem" when many of us have. Any issue is pushed to the side, including this disgusting rat issue. In addition, Julie is so careless I have received emails from her containing private information about other locations Patrician manages. She is a gossip and talks about other tenants. Patrician is bad, but Julie is completely unprofessional and has lied consistently about any issue brought to her. I wish they would do something about the rats and mice, but since we have to go through this woman... who knows if they're even aware? Run far from this management company, the fees are ridiculous and there is nothing to show for what I've spent. They do not deserve any stars, but I can not post without giving them one

Their responsiveness to all of my emails, calls and requests has been outstanding and in a few short months they have done more work on my building than our previous property managers did in years. I love being able to log into the system, check on the status of the financials and projects and retrieve information effortlessly. I am excited that my building is finally getting the attention that it deserves and am looking forward to a long term relationship with Nathan and Citiview Management.
