My assumption was that the tub would be the same color that it was, but it was glazed in white. White doesn't match the color scheme of my 1950s bathroom that I love. The scheduler said that TubTastic would make it right, but she will no longer communicate with me. At the time the glazer was wraping up, my husband paid the glazer in good faith that the color would be redone, but since July 26th when the work was done there has been no progress and no responses with any updates with making this right.

But it could just as easily be named "Awesome Floor Care LLC" or "Incredible Floor Care LLC" because the results are fantastic. Andre and Pamela are a great team. They are super friendly, punctual, reliable and work really hard. I have now hired them twice, once for two different houses. The first project involved stripping and polishing an old, beat-up linoleum floor in a basement. It was a large floor and had never been thoroughly cleaned in over 30 years. To my amazement, the floor looked really good when Andre and Pamela were done. They far exceeded my expectations given the age of the floor. I was so impressed with the first project, that I hired them a few weeks later to clean a ceramic tile floor with really dirty grout. Once again, they did a fantastic job. The tiles and grout look new! I highly recommend Amaze Floor Care LLC! They are great people who do great work! Excellent service all around.

This bathtub refinishing job was a complete nightmare from start to finish. What was supposed to be a simple one day, professional restoration turned into a sloppy two day, rushed mess that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Let's start with the obvious: the finish is uneven, full of drips, bubbles, and patchy areas where it looks like they simply gave up halfway through. The surface feels rough in some places and sticky in others. . There's overspray all over the bathroom floor and fixtures, and they didn't bother to tape or protect anything properly. Not to mention razor blades uncovered untapped, placed in small trash can in my bathroom. Fun right! When I contacted them about the issues, they dodged responsibility and basically told me I was out of luck. They could send Larry back out to fix his work. When I asked for someone else, they told me Larry only. Maybe the third time would be the charm. I sent photos on a Thursday received a call a Tuesday saying someone would reach out by the end of the day. No such call. No refund, no accountability. This is not just poor workmanship--it's flat-out unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected a refinished tub; instead, I'm left with a botched disaster that looks worse than before. Save your time, money, and sanity. Hire someone reputable, and steer clear of this company unless you enjoy flushing your hard-earned cash down the drain--literally.
