If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. I brought my table over, he was finished less than 2 weeks later (including a long holiday weekend), and it looks beautiful. He started on it not knowing for sure if the paint would strip off easily enough, but apparently no problem. He called to suggest a stain color (walnut), which I went with -- by this point I could tell that any recommendation he had would probably be ideal, but appreciated having the choice. He even put in a new bottom in the little drawer; *what* a nice touch -- along with proper felt-bottomed 'feet' on the table legs. I also saw some beautiful work in his shop, and would definitely hire him again.

But it could just as easily be named "Awesome Floor Care LLC" or "Incredible Floor Care LLC" because the results are fantastic. Andre and Pamela are a great team. They are super friendly, punctual, reliable and work really hard. I have now hired them twice, once for two different houses. The first project involved stripping and polishing an old, beat-up linoleum floor in a basement. It was a large floor and had never been thoroughly cleaned in over 30 years. To my amazement, the floor looked really good when Andre and Pamela were done. They far exceeded my expectations given the age of the floor. I was so impressed with the first project, that I hired them a few weeks later to clean a ceramic tile floor with really dirty grout. Once again, they did a fantastic job. The tiles and grout look new! I highly recommend Amaze Floor Care LLC! They are great people who do great work! Excellent service all around.
