You go here to have a bed, bath and a roof over your head. It is a budget option more appealing to…read morepoor people, workers etcetera. If you don't mind that it's certainly not the worst hotel. I've seen way worse, and much better. Hence, the 3/5.
Staff at the front desk was very nice, both on the phone and in person. No complaints there.
I was in a single room, half of which was taken up by the bed. Not a huge fan of soft mattresses, but I slept fine. Someone had updated the decor with peel and stick recently, which is really just another thing pointing out that this is the budget option.
It was clean enough in the important areas, although the fake flowers in the bathroom had enough dust on them to look sad. Being nearsighted I didn't notice until I put my glasses on in the morning. Housekeeping might wanna add washing them off every blue moon to their routine.
I skipped breakfast because I had an early morning train, but there is one included in your stay.
As far as accessibility goes, there is an elevator. The room I was in was on the small and very narrow side, so check with staff before booking to make sure they can accommodate you.
Tl;dr you get what you pay for.
