Here's what I posted:…read more Hands You Demand was the fourth company that I contacted for an estimate to remodel a rental unit. Tee arrived on time and told me that he really wanted my business after reviewing what needed to be done. He promised me a proposal on Monday and got it to me Sunday night with a follow up call on Monday to answer any questions. Tee and HYD are the epitome of under promise and over deliver which is rare in their line of business. The project went seamlessly and Tee was always responsive to any questions I had. I can truly say it was delightful experience working with HYD and I will use them again. They also gave me a great price.

In addition to Moi Solutions doing work that will not disappoint, Moises is extremely responsive and he keeps to the schedule he makes with you. My townhome also needed some exterior upgrades to the trim, a good pressure washing in the entry, and a fresh coat of paint. Luis even threw in some freebies by patching holes in the garage and painting the interior and exterior garage door, fixing the mailbox, and disposing of miscellaneous furniture that was no longer needed. I also added some plumbing upgrades toward the end of the project (replaced all toilets and replaced faucet fixtures in sink, bathtub, and shower). Throughout the project, Luis kept me informed and sent progress photos of the work that was completed each day. Luis was very gracious and allowed us to use his business account to purchase all the paint (which saved us about 40%...I hadn't realized how expensive paint had gotten). Luis and the team also made several trips to Home Depot to purchase additional supplies and material for the added scope (which I really appreciated as it saved me time and I was able to just reimburse him). It's always a bit scary going with a group that was found online without any personal recommendations or connections. But I had a great feeling after speaking and meeting Luis. He definitely did not disappoint. The renovations turned out way better than I could have imagined. We've already started to get compliments. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend this group to all of my friends and family in the future. Thank you...Thank you...Thank

I have been SO IMPRESSED with everything from our initial conversation with Luis to his crew and their quality of work. They have the highest standards and have done such an amazing job. They show up on time and work throughout the day. They are so kind and polite. I happen to be working at the other end of the house and they have no issue when I need to walk through. I trust them in my home if I need to step away. The drywall work alone looks amazing. Then the painting of a lot of room sin the house. This crew works hard and stays on task. Luis checks in on them and checks in with us too. They have provided suggestions and shown us pictures to give us ideas of changes we may want to change. When there was a paint issue, they said no problem and were able to get the colors for us. They are getting ready to start working on the floors. I had requested tat they do it on a Friday, since we would need to be out of the house, and they honored my request with no issue. I have a bunch of other jobs that I plan to hire them to do once this big one is completed. I could not recommend them more!

Capital Design Cabinetry gave me THE BEST quote for the custom cabinets that I wanted for my house…read more I was turned down by many cabinet suppliers because they no longer carried the rope trim door style that I wanted for my kitchen. The places that had a similar door style only came in a set color that could only be changed if I hired another person to sand and re-paint the doors which would cost more than buying the door itself. Payam did an excellent job color matching the stains and paints of my cabinets with the wood and tile samples I gave him. My design for the kitchen and bathroom came out exactly the way I wanted to and the colors all flow together so beautifully. Aside from doing amazing cabinet work, Payam is also very attentive and always answers my calls/texts to address any questions that I have even after installing the cabinets. His reliability and honest work has made me become a customer for life. I have attached before and after photos of the kitchen and bathroom. My house is still under construction and the proper appliances made to fit the cabinet cutouts are on back order so please only pay attention to the cabinets and not the surroundings!
