We needed the website up quickly and desired good communication and an established looking finished product. Our deadline was met and our site launched to great reviews from all those who viewed it.We were so pleased that we asked Atomic Design to provide additional services for us. We now use them for SEO and social media. We haven't had any issues with the site so I can't vouch for their support but what I can say is they delivered an excellent finished website in a timely manner. We have just started with SEO and have already seen movements; which is easy to track when you have a new site that isn't raking for anything.

Not only did Atomic Design do an excellent job continuing with the fantastic core design but also continued to go above and beyond with regards to the final file preparation. I had set up a meeting to kind of double-check and proof everything before it was sent off, but Atomic Design was so well-prepared that it only ended up being a 15-20 minute meeting. I had worked with other advertising agencies before and have found some of them to be very self-serving with high markups and poor service. I even handled my own advertising for awhile because I couldn't find the right agency. She took the time to listen and formulated a marketing plan that not only fit into my limited budget, but generated great results! She's not afraid to think outside the box and goes above and beyond what most agencies do and stays within my budget. She has great relationships with the media, is a good negotiator, and is very professional and dependable. I would highly recommend Media Connection.

Hiring an event designer isn't just for big budget affairs. In fact I would recommend her even more for people on tight budgets because she really helped me get the most out of my money. I am a Middle School Principal and my school contracts with TES Staffing to provide substitute…read moreteachers and support staff. As a small school it's tough for us to build and maintain a pool of subs, because we can't offer daily work. When the idea of a shared substitute pool through a temp agency came up, I was concerned that with the teacher shortage we would not get good candidates. Not all the candidates are teachers, but they are able to communicate with middle schoolers, which is a great quality. TES took on the task of advertising and recruiting candidates and uses it's dedicated staff to make calls to subs quickly and efficiently. This has taken the burden of filling missing staff positions out of the hands of my very busy clerical staff, which saves us time and stress. We have been able to build up a group of subs that we know and trust and are able to select them first. I have been pleased with the quality of candidate that we receive and the frequency that positions are filled. I know it's tough to find subs and many districts struggle, but an unfilled position is a rarity in our building which makes teachers happy. Happy teachers make happy Principals! I've worked with several members of the TES team over email and on the phone and they have been responsive, understanding and prompt in finding solutions. This is my first experience using a temp agency, and I have been extremely pleased.
