Best restaurant I've been to in a while. Food was amazing! Everything was great the ambiance, the food and the service. We went at night and sat outside. There are hanging lights and cute table top lamps. You can feel the beach breeze. Every dish we had from the appetizers to the desserts was just divine. They take great care in preparing and plating the dishes. My experience was 10/10 in all areas. I would highly recommend it. I am definitely going back. read more

See the photos for the dishes great presentation! Their wine list did not reflect what they really had: 2 of the bottles we ordered were not available and they had others on the racks that the menu did not sow. Tip: order reds at room temperature. Fabulous find in northern Cabo Rojo. The quality and level of gastronomy is top-notch. Four of us shared tapas for lunch and were very impressed with the Mignon Carpaccio, Pork Belly Dumplings, Tuna Tartare, and Pulpo (Octopus) Valmar. The location can't be beat, right on the beach with seating both indoors and outside. Service was professional and friendly. Definitely recommended! read more

the place and ambiance is incredible. if you want a gorgeous place to have dinner right next to the water i cannot recommend this place enough. beautiful ambiance to sit outside. they were out of the dishes we wanted to try. we ended up not liking most of what we ordered, however the filet mignon was 10/10 and the cocktail with sorbet was probably the best cocktail of my life. the tapas we got and the fish however were not good, the risotto and gnocchi also not good. definitely go for cocktails and try the filet mignon! read more

Habíamos recibido muy buenas recomendaciones y otras no tan buenas y a pesar de eso decidimos darle la oportunidad para su aniversario. Vimos la oportunidad de probar varias opciones al estilo Marmolade en el viejo SJ. Pagamos $160pp y el dueño nos vendió sueños. Eramos 6 personas y el 1er aperitivo era una tabla de jamones y quesos y tuvimos que pedir mas porque no lo sirvieron. Si éramos 3 parejas se suponía que trajeran una tabla por pareja. El 2do aperitivo eran 3 piezas. Prepararon dos paellas, que no se suponía fueran el plato principal y terminaron siéndolo y la verdad nos decepcionó el sabor y los ingredientes. Los postres tampoco parecían hechos por un pastry chef. Cuando vimos que la experiencia no valía lo que pagamos, decidimos enfocarnos en pasar un buen rato tomando lo mejor que hubo, un cocktail con ron Barceló. I haven't been happier that a place ran out of a dish! Let me tell you! We came here to celebrate a beautiful week at the beach, the staff here was very nice and seated us even though we did not have a reservation. We just ordered appetizers, the Piononos, Coconut Shrimp, Spicy Crab Money Bags, and when we went to order the Hummus they told us they were out...well, we then decided to ask for the Tuna Tartare, and they were out, but offered us the Tuna Tataki...and this was the best thing ever! Flavorful, delicate, and so satisfying, it made our night. We also had the house red, a Cabernet blend, chilled and very good. We closed the evening with the Mascarpone Carrot Swirl, delicious and plentiful. The service was great, very friendly, made us feel very welcome, and definitely made for a great experience to return! Also, there was a gentleman playing live music, boleros, and that also added to the ambiance. We spent around $100 for both of us, every worthwhile! We had a great time! read more

this is an inviting restaurant. the area is very clean and organized. the tables are separated following covid 19 protocols. the food is exquisite, the fish was tastefull and the cilantro cream complemented it. my wife and i enjoy the company of the owner, who takes absolute care of the costumers and keep the place well preserved. the appetizers are unique, and dessert unequal, made by a patissier. the sunset by the beach complements the moment. i highly recommend this fine and exclussive place. read more

We absolutely loved our dinner here! First of all, the restaurant is beautiful. They have a large outdoor seating area that is just steps from the water and is beautifully decorated and lit up. We got here after sunset but I can only imagine the incredible view at sundown. A live music duo provided good dinner music at the right volume. Second, the service is excellent, from the hostess to the server to even the owner coming to discuss with us the wine list to help us choose a wine. They really were very attentive. Finally, even though they specialize in seafood, we were craving steak so we each had the churrasco. Here there was a bit of a miss because the meat itself was only warm while the side dishes (arroz mamposteado and sautéed vegetables) were nice and hot. But the flavor was excellent, and we informed our server so that he could let the kitchen know for next time. All in all though, an excellent experience and I only regret we didn't have time to return to try their signature cocktails. But we will come back to Cabo Rojo one day! read more
