We booked with Janette several months in advanced, and she was great about get into contact with me regularly to see how my own wedding planning was going and to give me updates. She was very easy to get a hold of which is highly appreciated, and she is just all around an extremely kind and friendly person, which just makes the wedding planning experience that much better. Everyone totally loved the photo booth at our wedding and couldn't stop talking about it. It fit a ton of people, the largest group photo we did had 11 people and you can see all of us! Janette brought a ton of great props that everyone loved, and she even surprised us and made some personalized ones which was great! She showed up several hours early which worked out perfectly. Our wedding was in Port Orchard which is at least an hour and a half drive away from Seattle, but it wasn't an issue. We had our ceremony and reception in the same location so I was a little worried that there might be some disruptions for the guests or for our ceremony, but that was a total non-issue, she was set up in plenty of time before our guests started to arrive. We had around 125 guests at our wedding and we went with the 3 hour package which was more than enough time for everyone that was interested in taking photos to do so. Janette sent me all of the electronic copies of the photos the day after the wedding which surprised me that she got them back to me so quickly! It's great to be able to post them on Facebook so all of the guests can look through and see their photos again, especially if someone in a group photo didn't get the copy for themselves. Overall we had an amazing experience with Janette and her lovely company. It made our wedding so special and I would recommend Radiant Photo Booths to anyone! It's a tremendous value and Janette is absolutely fabulous to work with!!!

They also had an offer to book 4hrs before a certain day and add an additional hour at no cost. Um yes, please! I looked at their easy to navigate website, read their Yelp reviews and decided to give them a call. I worked with Kara regarding billing and Matt for everything else. I was e-mailed a proposal, which included a payment date to for down payment and another payment one month before our wedding for the remaining balance. My package was 5 hour photo booth, unlimited prints and an option for guests to record a video message for us. A little while before the wedding, Matt sent me a photo strip proof and said to let him know if I wanted any changes. Within a couple e-mail exchanges, I had the exact layout, font, background and border I wanted for our pictures! Matt confirmed me with me throughout the last few days leading up to our wedding day, as well as the morning of to let me know when he would start setting up. We agreed that he would show up at 3:30pm, but he was there early and even spotted me to let me know that everything was set and if anyone wanted to test it out and take a couple pictures before our ceremony started (which was at 3!) It was nice to know he was there early and was ready to go before we even started. The line for the photo booth was busy all night! We had about 300 guests! One thing that was kind of sucky was that it was so loud with all our guests, music, laughing, etc so recording a message wouldn't be the best idea. I was kind of upset that I added that to the package since we wouldn't be able to hear anyone anyways...little did I know, Matt had something up his sleeve! I personally think the photo booth was there for longer than 5 hours, then again I did have a couple drinks so don't quote me on that! As Matt was leaving, he gave me a flash drive that included everyone's videos and pictures (both individual shots and as printed on each strip.) 10 days after our wedding, I got an e-mail from him which ended up being such a cute video they put together of all the messages/dance videos our guests left us! Excellent customer service from beginning to end with Seattle Photo Booths!!! Thank you, Matt, for all your help! Everyone loved the photo booth (especially the horse head prop! haha)

I was a bit reluctant at first to rent a photo booth because of additional costs it adds. I have to say that the booth was worth every penny we paid. Stacey is courteous, professional, prompt, and overall very pleasant to work with. I like that email communications are promptly responded to since I planned my wedding and also hold a full time job - prompt communication is vital to me so that I can stay on top of everything and make sure wedding planning is moving along as planned. Stacey also emailed me one week before my wedding to make sure I know they are all set. At the wedding, Stacey showed up promptly and always had a smile on her face. She even took extra pictures of my wedding on her camera and combined it into an awesome video that she put together. Basically Stacey combined photo booth photos with my wedding photos, and some live video clips into one awesome video clip (check it out on their website). All my guests loved the video I almost teared up just watching it. The day after (literally) Stacey did a write up for our wedding (on their website) and it was described beautifully - made me and my husband feel pretty special.
