it is difficult to leave a positive review, some sales representatives tried to help but over all had a bad experience at this location.i purchased a Rolex submariner watch was given a price, next day went to get the watch and was priced higher that originally quoted. I still proceeded with the purchase. after all was said and done the watch given to me had a cracked crystal. was told the watch would get a new crystal rest of the watch was in acceptable condition . Months later, they instead brought me a different watch. I knew because there were other markings on the bezel that the first watch didn't have. they took it back and didn't get me another watch till over a year later. I was called for a service I took my watch in as it wasn't keeping time or functioning properly. they then told me to take it in to Rolex instead so it gets proper service. I went to a Rolex authorized dealer in my area and they quoted me 1,000+. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received with the company over all. read more

What a terrible experience I had. At first the worker was very nice and helpful, showing us rings and making small talk. When I finally decided on a piece I really wanted, that's when things started to go downhill. First of all, she blantently lied when I asked her if the piece I wanted was certified. That was a really big thing for me, and when I finally did all the paperwork, that's when I realized I didn't get a certification. After calling me back she told me it wasn't certified, even tho I asked her multiple times during the transaction if it was. So unprofessional. Also, never once did she mention that the return policy was no returns and only exchanges. She did finally mention it, after we purchased the piece and did all the paperwork. If I would have known that, I would have kept looking, now I'm stuck with an uncertified piece of jewelry that I can't return. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Or if you do, beware of what you're buying. read more

I walked in just too look because they had a big sign about special financing and sale. Right away the sales lady wanted to check my credit and next thing I know I'm purchasing (so I thought) a ring. I should have walked away and researched but I didn't. I tried to ask about the financing company but she was very vague. I get home and call the financing company "Tempo" and find out I'm not buying the ring I am LEASING it!!!! I also went on line and the exact ring I leased was $1000 cheaper on there store on line. I was and still am furious. Diamonds keep coming out and they have rings with more diamonds then mine for the same price. They don't care and I will never recommend anyone to purchase anything there! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in any company in my entire life. We went there to get an engagement ring fixed through insurance after the main diamond fell out. (We purchased the ring at another jeweler.) Everything went well at first, we picked out a replacement diamond and a new head for the ring, and left with the manager telling us she would send the estimate over to my insurance adjuster so he could pay her for it. After 1 week I called the insurance guy to see what was going on and he informed me that he hasn't heard from them. I gave him her email and after a week and a half they were finally in contact. So another week goes by and I haven't heard anything so I call again. The insurance guy says he's still waiting for the estimate. I called Valliani and she informed me her supervisor was working on it. We're talking about one email with an estimate of the cost to fix the ring. Not that hard you'd think!? So another week goes by and I haven't heard anything so I call their main headquarters. Sal answers the phone and proceeds to tell me that he knows nothing about it and my insurance guy needs to contact him. So I forward his email to my insurance. I call Sal back a week later to get an update he was extremely rude and told me he's working on and to talk to the Salinas store and not to call him. Finally after another week I call my insurance adjuster and he tells me that he's still waiting on the estimate. We're at 5 weeks now since I dropped the ring off, so I'm fed up and go pickup the ring with nothing done to it. I would stay far away from any Valliani stores. They are rotten from the top down. Biggest waste of time. Terrible company! read more

OMG!!!! I loved it. They lied and told me it was a line of Credit, come to find out that it was a leading company, and the payments were weekly for a huge total of 700 a month, half my rent. Tried to return it they were so rude, the sane guy who lied to me said oh ywa we don't take returns, told me to call leasing company so I did, they tell me to bring it back to the store so again I do.
