Today, I broke the handle on one of my windows. Charles came out personally to replace the handle. He is a friendly, honest man who really takes care of his customers. Installers were friendly and cleaned up everything during their time which in fact, was just over 4 hours to install. We love the new windows so much we have had to call Charles (Owner) back in to measure for a new Patio Door now.
